The Stone and rubble trailer has been designed to handle the tough jobs. The model options have a carrying capacity of 20 or 24 tonnes and are fitted with 10 stud commercial axles with 420mm x180mm brakes on mono leaf spring suspension. 20 ONE SPREADER - TWO SPREADING OPTIONS The new 1100mm diameter rotors have a disc base with three blades and replaceable wearing- parts. The option of a hydraulic folding canopy door allows the spreader to be used as a vertical beater spreader or with the doors closed the spreader can be used as a spinning disc spreader. 21 MAXIMUM OUTPUT With the hydraulic canopy doors fully open the spreader is used as a twin vertical beater for maximum output. MAXIMUM ACCURACY Closing the canopy doors allows the spreader to spread with the disc section only and is the ideal solution to achieve maximum spreading width and accuracy. T

22 DELILAH MANURE SPREADERS 4000 SERIES D4150 Model shown includes optional equipment at extra cost DELILAH VERTICAL BEATER MANURE SPREADERS The Delilah 4000 series models are constructed with 6mm floor panels and 4mm side panels. The floor is hydraulically driven with two floor chains and a single floor slat. Chains are 16mm up to 10 tonnes and 20mm on bigger machines with 65mm and 80mm drive shafts respectively. The body is 1550mm wide with a flared top to create a wider top area for easy loading and less spillage. Rotors are 890mm diameter up to 9.5 tonnes and 1100mm diameter on bigger machines. With large diameter rotors and a high tip speed the Delilah 4000 series spreaders offer wide spreading width and excellent shredding on a wide range of manures, composts and sludges. 24 DELILAH MANURE SPREADERS 5000 SERIES D5150 Model shown includes optional equipment at extra cost DELILAH SPINNING DISC MANURE SPREADERS Sharing the same body design features as the 4000 series machines the Delilah 5000 series models are equipped with twin horizontal beaters and spinning discs. The discs have a 6, 3 or 2 blade configuration with blade angle adjustment for accurate spreading control. Close spaced floor slats and adjustable floor speed control ensure a constant delivery at low application rates. The machines are equipped with a hydraulically operated slurry door, full opening rear canopy, adjustable lower door section and a boundary spread limiter. AVAILABLE IN 12, 16 AND 20 TONNE MODELS T The FBS manure spreader is a large capacity spreader designed to handle all types of manures - FYM, semisolid, poultry litter, industrial sludges, waste products etc. The unique rotor design and blade pattern allows you to spread all types of manures without the trouble and fuss of changing spreader decks and the large cubic capacity of the FBS is particularly suited to low density manures.

The GRS models have a variable height and reach unloading auger with direction control on the unloading hood to give flexibility and maximum efficiency when unloading.
