4 The Highest Quality EUROMILK offers high class BUFFALO manure spreaders. The machines have been created with precision using materials of the highest quality that guarantee a long period of use and comfort of work. Ideal for every farm regardless of their size or production profile. The manure spreader, before painting, is steel ball jetted and this prevents corrosion and guarantees durability. High quality steel S355J2+N has been used in the production process which guarantees the highest quality, wear-resistance and a long period of use. The appropriate shape of the trailer ensures large capacity and makes the maintenance easier. Wide vertical side reinforcements provide durability and stability. A low centre of gravity as well as wide tires contribute to stability during work and transport. Drawbar hydraulic suspension makes work more comfortable Chain conveyor Ø14 with a holding force of more than 25 tons or Ø18 with a holding force of more than 32 tons with a transverse closed-profile bar. 6 Unique Solutions - Beater One and Only Beater like that on the Market An innovative beater has been used In all Buffalo models. It is massive and it has dense coils welded with a continuous double-sided weld. Rolls of Ø 180 and 8 mm thick walls. Just as in the spreader, also the beater has been made of quality steel S355J2+N. It is dynamically balanced, which guarantees no vibrations during its operation. The small distance between knives guarantees perfect crushing of material. The beater height is 2,0 m. Alternatively, for larger models (starting from RX 1500), beater 2,25 m may be used. The weight is 850kg * HD models have a widened beater in standard, 2,25 m high (1350 kg). 7 Work Comfort Additional safety during transport is guaranteed thanks to air or hydraulic brakes Air brake system is characterised by the best brake force. The machine can be equipped in single- or dual-circuit system, alternatively a mixed brake system can be used. Hydraulic brakes are less popular with the customers. Movable axle available as standard, allows you to adjust the center of gravity to suit your individual needs depending on the material being transported, the cooperating tractor, etc. Wide tires provide comfortable work in any conditions and their large diameter decreases the rolling resistance. The spreader trailer is wider at the top, which makes the process of loading easier and faster. 7

8 Many Uses The option of converting the spreader to a capacitive trailer is an ideal supplement if it comes to the technology of crop transport. It is a solution that allows to take a full advantage of the machine and at the same time it lowers the costs during a harvest or corn picking. 9 Controls The control of the machine takes place from the tractor cabin. In the manual version we use the exisiting levers of tractor hydraulic sections, and in case there are not enough of them, it is possible to use a divider and additional control levers. Electronic control The electronic panel, designed for BUFFALO manure spreaders, guarantees ease of use and efficient work. Thanks to such solution, the machine operation becomes much more comfortable and effective. 10 Unique Solutions - Hydraulic Suspension of the Drawbar Drawbar hydraulic suspension has a great effect on comfort during transport and machine operation. It minimalises the shocks caused by uneven terrain. As standard, the cushioning consists of two actuators attached to 20 mm thick hitches. You can decide on the size of tires accordingto your needs and conditions in which the machine will be working.
