3 ABOUT AGTRAILER Agtrailer was established in 1995 as a South Island based off-shoot of the farm machinery manufacturers Coombridge and Alexander Ltd. The Agtrailer product range has been developed through over 60 years of experience manufacturing agricultural machinery. 6 FEATURES FULLY AUTOMATIC The floor and elevator drive systems operate in tandem with a hydraulic sensor control unit allowing the operator to focus on driving. MULTI-FEEDER The heavy-duty design of the teaser bars, chains and drive system enable the wagon to handle denser more diverse feed types that require all-year round feeding. UPGRADABLE The 12 & 14m³ wagons can be upgraded to a larger capacity with bolt on Side Panel Extensions. This allows the opportunity to upgrade wagon capacity at a later stage. ANTI-CORROSIVE Steel parts are power blasted, epoxy primed and coated with two pack eurethane for corrosion resistance. Chassis parts are hot-dipped galvinised while the side panels are high grade stainless steel. Additional galvinising is available. MANOEUVRABLE All models are with an assymetric, independently oscillating tandem walking beam axle. This improves manoeuvrability and reduces tyre wear on paved surfaces while maintaining good floatation suspension for rough surfaces. REMOTE GREASING No need to climb under the wagon as all greasing points are accessible from the side of the machine. This comes standard for all machine models. An Automatic Greasing System is available as an optional accessory upgrade. 4 AGTRAILER PRODUCT BROCHURE

7 INNOVATION BOLT-ON COMPONENTS The shafts, chains, bars and stub axles are all easily removed ensuring minimum down time when serviving is required. This is one of the wagon s best features as very commonly stub axles are welded in rather than bolt-on. ROAD COMPLIANT All models of the Multifeed Wagon is manufactured to be less than 3.1m wide to eliminate piloting requirements. Hazard Panels, LED Rear Lighting and Hydraulic Brakes are available as an additional accessory. Refer to NZTA for towing guidelines. BOLT-ON VS. WELDED The bolt on/off aspect not only offers convenience for servicing but it also minimises chances for any stress fractures, which normally occur from any fully welded machines while traveling over uneven terrain. 2-CHAINS VS. 3 or 4 -CHAIN The wagon's floor drive system is designed from 60+ years of field experience. Through our studies the 2-chain floor system rather than a 4-chain is found to be stronger and more durable with 13mm high tensile chains rather than 10mm chains. AGTRAILER PRODUCT BROCHURE 5

8 ACCESSORIES LOAD CELLS & DISPLAY The 12-16m³ wagons can be fitted with 6 x 5000kg Load Cells while 16HD - 20m³ wagons can be fitted with 3 x kg Load Cells. HYDRAULIC BRAKES The Hydraulic Brakes are recommended for larger wagons in the 16-20m³ range, for towing on hilly terrain and when carrying denser, heavier feed. MUDGUARDS The Mudguards are hot-dipped galvinised to prevent corrosion. They are slim fitting around the tyres and will detach on impact without damaging the chassis. SWIVEL TOW EYE The Swivel Tow Eye is standard for 16-20m³ wagons. It is ideal for use on uneven terrain and is a safety feature in the case of wagon rollovers. DRAWBAR SKID Save time with hitching onto the wagon. Replace the standard jack stand with a Drawbar Skid. PREVENTER BAR The Preventer Bar sits above and behind the teaser bar system to prevent round bales from being carried across as a whole and blocking the conveyor system. 6 AGTRAILER PRODUCT BROCHURE

9 HYDRAULIC SIDE SHIFT The Hydraulic Side Shift extends the conveyor outward 250mm. This feature is useful for feeding into troughs. AUTO GREASING SYSTEM An Auto Greasing System ensures continuous lubrication of your wagon when running, reducing costly unplanned downtime. BLUETOOTH FX15 APP Monitor the weight of the feed in the wagon from the seat of you tractor on a supported Android Device. For more information talk to our team at CIL. PASSIVE STEERING AXLE Recommended on all larger feed wagons to enhance the manoeuvrability of the wagon. LED LIGHTS & HAZARDS Be safe and be seen while on the road. Get the LED Lights and Hazard Panels fitted to your wagon if you are planning to tow the wagon on the road. ADDITIONAL GALVINISING Galvinised Sides rather than painted is available for wagons to be used in high rainfall zones. The extra galvinsing provides protection from the natural corrosive elements. 10 12 cubic metre Multifeed Wagon The Agtrailer 12m³ Multifeed Wagon comes standard with a back gate ladder and a gearbox floor and elevator drive system. The wagon has the capability to be upgraded to a 14m³ or a 16m³ with bolt-on Side Panel Extensions. The standard wheels & tyres for the wagon are 12.5/ and can be upgraded to 400/ W&T. The standard 12m³ wagon is exclusive of all additional accesories. Note: Wagon side frames can be painted or galvinised (shown in picture). The wagon also has the capability to be upgraded to a 16m³ with bolton Side Panel Extensions. The standard wheels & tyres for the wagon are 400/ W&T and can not be upgraded without upgrading the axle size. This wagon is exclusive of all additional accesories. 12 16 cubic metre Multifeed Wagon There are two options for the Agtrailer 16m³ Multifeed Wagon: (1) a standard 16m³ model with 400/ W&T or (2) a 16m³ HD model with a heavy-duty axle and larger tyres 15/70-18 W&T (shown in the picture). Both models come standard with a back gate ladder, a gearbox floor and elevator drive system and a swivel tow eye. The 16m³ wagon is exclusive of all additional accesories except the swivel tow eye. The wheels & tyres for the wagon are 15/70-18 W&T. This wagon is exclusive of all additional accesories except the swivel tow eye. We recommend hydraulic brakes to be fitted for safety purposes. Automatic remote greasing is also available. Note: Wagon side frames can be painted (shown in picture) or galvinised. Side frames are available as painted or galvinised. The standard wheels & tyres for the wagon are 400/ W&T and can be upgraded to 500/60x22.5 W&T. This wagon is exclusive of all additional accesories except the swivel tow eye.
