Test and reset emergency switch. 2 (M) check heater condition and operation performance. 3 (M) Inspect blowers, shafts, motors, pulleys, and belts. Inspect and Lubricate bearings. Ensure no vibration/noise. 4 (M) Inspect and adjust tension and alignment of belts drive and replace if necessary. 5 (M) Inspect and clean all Bag and Pre-Filters. Replace if necessary 6 (M) Inspect and clean condensate drain pan, flush drain line, and service drain pump. 7 (M) Inspect and clean water coils with water. Inspect seals and piping for leaks and rectify as necessary. Inspect and Clean unit casing. 8 (M) Perform functional test of all thermostat, safety cut-out & automatic controls and FSR shutdown is operational. 9 (M) Inspect electrical components in the control panel and check indication lamps/switches. 10 (M) Inspect and test actuators, valves, clean, adjust and lubricate the spindle as necessary. Inspect and test motorized dampers and smoke dampers. 11 (M) Check all anti-vibration isolators for deterioration of rubber and spring. Inspect and tighten all bolts and nuts. 12 (M) Inspect the proper function of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). 13 (M) Check and record operating voltage, phase balance, and amperage. 14 (Q) Check and record motor temperature and insulation value and tighten motor terminal. 15 (Q) Check unit panels for corrosion, air leakage, worn insulation and touch up if necessary. 16 (Q) Clean air supply and return air diffusers. 17 (Q) Check and comb all dented fins of the cooling coils. 18 (HY) test VAV operation. Inspect actuator and damper mechanism. Check transformer condition. Lubricate moving parts.
