We stock all our O Rings in a number of different materials: Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, PTFE and Perfluroelastomer. If the O Ring you require does not fall into one of the standard sizes and is needed urgently, we can also offer a hot vulcanised jointing service, where the O Ring will be made to your specific dimensions. If a hot vulcanised O Ring is not suitable we can also offer non standard sizes moulded in the material you require. Bonded Seals The Bonded Seal range comes in both Self Centring and Non Self Centring. Our range includes: British Imperial, German Metric and French Metric all of which are available in a number of different materials. So if you have issues with a worn shaft and you are unable to disassemble the shaft or change the seal, why not use one of our easy-to-use shaft repair sleeves? Rotary Shaft Seals The Rotary Shaft Seal range we have in stock covers both Imperial and Metric sizes, all available in a number of different materials. Our range includes metal and rubber covered Rotary Seals in both double and single lip profiles. We also offer a bespoke service, so if your size is not standard we can get your seal made to your specific needs.

Pneumatic Seals We stock an extensive range of Pneumatic Seals which includes: Internal (DI) and External (DE) Distributor Seals, Cup Seals, Hat Seals and U Seals.

6 6 DT Seals: The Seal and Bearing Experts Wiper Seals The Wiper Seal range includes Metal Case (AS) and Rubber Covered (RS) push fit wipers. We also stock a range of flexible Wipers, Single Step (P6) and Double Step (P8) in Nitrile, Fluorocarbon and Polyurethane for both your hydraulic and pneumatic applications. Pneumatic Seals We stock an extensive range of Pneumatic Seals which includes: Internal (DI) and External (DE) Distributor Seals, Cup Seals, Hat Seals and U Seals. These come in a number of different materials and are available in both Imperial and Metric sizes. If you have a non standard sized Pneumatic Seal, we can get your seal made within 24 hours on a CNC seal making machine, to the exact seal dimensions and material you require.

We also offer a range of Virgin PTFE back up rings which are to be used in conjunction with an O Ring to help elevate problems with O Ring extrusion.

7 DT Seals: The Seal and Bearing Experts 7 PTFE Parts We stock a vast range of Rod and Piston working PTFE composite seals. These seals are designed for the heavy duty, high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic applications. We stock both Imperial and Metric sizes. We also offer a range of Virgin PTFE back up rings which are to be used in conjunction with an O Ring to help elevate problems with O Ring extrusion. We offer these in the Solid (BUS) and Spiral (BU) profiles. Also if you have any special PTFE requirements or specially designed PTFE seals, we can always get the seal you require made to order on a quick and easy delivery service., using a CNC seal making machine. Hydraulic Seals Our range of Hydraulic Seals includes both Piston and Rod working seals. The range includes Rubber Fabric and Polyurethane seals for use in many different applications all available from stock. Many materials are available including: Nitrile, Silicone, Fluorocarbon, Neoprene, EPDM, Cork, and Gasket Paper.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Repairs We offer a full reconditioning service on all type of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

Many materials are available including: Nitrile, Silicone, Fluorocarbon, Neoprene, EPDM, Cork, and Gasket Paper. All of which are in stock at the factory in many different thicknesses to meet your requirements. Hydraulic and Pneumatic Repairs We offer a full reconditioning service on all type of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. The service includes: replacement seals, new rods, re-chroming and honing, new barrels and rethreading of shafts (all if required). There is a 24 hour service available. New cylinders can also be supplied to meet your application needs.

9 DT Seals: The Seal and Bearing Experts 9 Hydraulic Oil Hydraulic Oil is stocked in Grades 32 and 46. These oils are full anti-wear hydraulic fluids designed to be used for power transmissions and control systems. We stock both grades in 5 litres and 25 litre containers. If large quantities are required please contact the sales team. Hydraulic Hose and Fittings Our range of Hydraulic Hose and Fittings includes BSP, JIC and Metric fittings. These can be sold separately or assembled to your specifications using our onsite swaging machine. Our onsite capabilities mean we can manufacture sizes up to 1.00 in two wire hose. However we can offer up to 2.00 within 24 hours. Multi spiral hoses are also available on the 24 hour service.

Our range includes Ball Bearings, Roller Bearing, Needle Roller, Track Rollers, Self Lube, Rod End Bearings and Bushes. All available from stock. Circlips We stock standard Internal and External Circlips, which are available in either Imperial or Metric sizes. Our Circlips are available in both Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. We also have an extensive range of Wire Rings and E clips, all of which are available on request.
