2 Mission, Vision and Values We are a Dutch manufacturer and supplier of special valves for industrial applications. Maverick Valves BV is a dynamic organization, established in 2000, based in the Netherlands. We are a global player in the Valve Industry and produce valves from special materials and custom designed valves. Our clients are particularly operating in the market segments of oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical, on-shore and off-shore and the mining industry. In 2013 we opened a brand new state of the art production facility in Schiedam, The Netherlands. The company is run by a dedicated team with decades of cumulative experience. Maverick Valves products are exported to countries all over the world. Today, Maverick Valves has 2 production facilities in Holland working around the clock to provide supreme DUTCH quality. Our two production plants in the Netherlands allow us to be flexible with every stage of the process. We keep in full control on our Quality by doing all IN-HOUSE. 12 Quality Department Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) At Maverick Valves we consider Health, Safety, Environment and Quality to be of prime importance for the successful completion of any project. Our integrated HSEQ management system focuses on continuous improvement. We aim to surpass the customers trust and confidence by offering quality products and services that meets customers requirements and expectations. Maverick Valves quality system is in full compliance with ISO 9001/TS and the API Q1. Several type of approvals are granted by all major oil and gas companies, engineering contractors and local inspection authorities. Therefore the CE monogram has been added to our valves. For the purpose of customer s confidence and satisfaction, a Maverick Valves quality manual has been developed. This manual outlines all relevant procedures to ensure our promised high quality level of valves. These procedures includes all stages of sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics. Access to our quality manual is available upon request. Maverick Valves HSEQ department takes full responsibility to ensure that all contractual requirements of our customers are fulfilled. Additional testing and certification can be done on customers requirements. 11

You can count 24/7 on our technical support! Sales Our sales team is experienced in the valve industry. With our highly qualified employees, Maverick Valves is capable of advising the best solution. Communication is where we make the difference. No matter where you are in the World, our Sales team will communicate through until the problem is solved. Logistics & Handeling Engineering and manufacturing of valves is our core business. But how do we get these valves in time at our customers based all over the world? Our Logistics Department will act, do and arrange it! From purchase order to final delivery, they track and trace the whole process and arrange transport and documentation, according to international law and rules and with all customer requirements. Logistics Department controls the whole shipment activity. The highly skilled team is supported by an efficient and fully equipped Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. With the use of this system the material requirements and the resource planning can be performed. The ERP system automatically generates material needs for the purchasing department, after which the entire purchasing process can start. Arrived materials are compared with purchasing specifications and will be taken in charge number in stock. This is to ensure traceability of the material. Our after sales department is in the driver seat at any time of the whole process. 12
