4 Company Overview RAYS FLOW CONTROL, LLC (previously Oufei Petroleum Equipment Co. Ltd.) was incepted in 2006 with a clear mind set of engineering and manufacturing first class valves. With its main manufacturing facilities based in Yunhe, Zhejiang. It covers workshop with over 19,000 square meters and total facility over 25,000 square meters.

5 Company Overview RAYS specializes in designing and manufacturing valves for many industries. Its products range from Ball Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Plug valves, Butterfly Valve and specialized valves that are tailored to customers unique requirements; nominal size from 1/2" to 48" (DN15 to DN1200);nominal pressure from 150Lb to 2500Lb (PN1.0Mpa to PN42.0Mpa); materials cover WCB, WCC, WC6, WC9, CF8, CF3, CF8m, CF3M, LCB, LCC, A105, 304, 316, 304L, 316L, F11, F22, LF2, F51, etc. The products are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, fuel gas, city pipeline networks and so on. Certificated with API 6D, ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2004 API 607, API 6FA, EAC(GOST-R). RAYS has developed excellent quality control and management systems to ensure its superior quality and service. 6 Company Overview The brand Rays Valve was introduced and in 2012, a sales and operation office was opened in Houston, USA as a local force to better tackle and service the North and South American markets. RAYS also join ventured with Reitz Steel Cooperation, which focuses on oil field related new material research and development. It now holds an international pattern for a brand new type of steel which has hyper strength, super corrosion resistant and very long lasting characteristics that yields extremely high value for their customers for numerous applications in harsh environment.
