All repairs requesting a quote where the value does not exceed $73.00 retail price (excluding postage & handling fee) will be proceeded with upon receipt and returned. 2. All repairs requesting a quote over $73.00 will be issued with a written quote. 3. Quotes not proceeded with will incur an administration fee of $17.00 (including GST) plus a postage and handling charge. Page 5 of 6

6 WARRANTY CLAIMS To claim service warranty an original valid guarantee must be forwarded with each repair otherwise a charge will be made. (Photocopies not acceptable) HANDLING & FREIGHT FEES Chargeable repairs will incur an $12.00 (including GST) postage & handling fee for repairs. Warranty repairs will be returned free of charge.
