In many cases they have be protected from these environments prevent corrosion by electroplating the screw with zinc or cadmium coatings. Too often, faeners(socket Screws) are plated by the user disregarding adequate precautions and this results in faener failures either in orage, on assembly tightening or after a short period in service. These failures can be catarophic not only in terms of capital co of damaged machinery, but also in human life. Intereingly, mo of these failures occur at ress levels below the ultimate tensile rength of the faener. Inveigations have proved these failures be due HYDRGEN EMBRITTLEMENT. Another common source of Hydrogen is found prior electroplating in cathodic cleaning and acid pickling. GUARANTEE The company shall undertake the free replacement of good again defects due workmanship by the company after returning the defective products the company's premises. But the Company shall not entertain the defective product for free replacement, arises due improper use/processes at cuomers end. The Company also accepts no responsibilities for any contingent or resulting liabilities or losses arising through any defective goods supplied. Any claim for such replacement under this clause will arise only if the material is returned in good condition within three months from the date of supply. The Company's decision on the cause of any such defects is final & binding. CANCELLATIN F RDERS The company reserved the rights refuse the cancellation of orders once it has been accepted.
