The unit is controlled by an integral electronic temperature regulator, using so-called time-proportional Pulse/Pause technology. This provides extremely precise temperature control. As a thyristor is used for adjusting the temperature, the unit has no moving parts. This means that it is silent and not susceptible to wear and tear. The RBM is supplied with a complete and fully-connected control system including contactors and alarm relays. This minimises the installation cost. 12 LDC Circular Duct Silencer Easily-fitted silencer for circular ducts, fitted with a connection that complies with the spiral duct standard. The LDC effectively reduces noise in the duct. Two silencers can be used together in installations where noise reduction is a particularly strong requirement. This is very effective. For the most effective noise reduction, the silencer should be fitted immediately behind a fan or bend. The silencer should be used together with an insulated fan where there is a requirement for noise reduction both in the duct and in the surroundings as a whole. 13 LDR Rectangular Silencer Easily-fitted silencer immediately before or after the KE, KT, RS and RSI rectangular duct fans. Effectively suppresses noise transmitted to the duct. The silencer should be used together with an insulated fan where there is a requirement for noise suppression both in the duct and in the surroundings as a whole. 15 PRK-R & PRK-S Constant Air Volume Regulators RPK is a constant air flow regulator which is used for exact mechanical setting of required air volume in ventilation systems without need of any other energy. RPK is characterized by: regulation accuracy easy mounting maintenance-free tight connection with the duct Function The RPK enables regulation of individually required amounts of air in separate ventilation system zones. RPK works in temperature from -20 to 80 C and relative humidity up to 80%. Recommended air flow velocity is from 3 to 8 meters per second at pressure difference to Δp 0 Pa. Fan motors have six series-connected thermistors, two per phase winding, whose resistance is determined by the motor temperature. When the motor temperature exceeds the permitted limit, the resistance rises sharply and the motor protector is triggered. When the motor protector has been triggered, the warning light marked Störung ( Fault ) is illuminated. The device is reset manually, either by pressing the Reset button, or by interrupting the voltage supply to the motor protector (stopping supply to A2) for approximately seconds.
