3 PRODUCT NR: 1763 DRAWING NR: CD PRODUCT COVERED IN THIS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION This installation instruction covers the antenna support, an all aluminium support used for fitting all kinds of antennas even to an inclined frame member and wall. The support will accept a large number of frame member shapes and sizes and will cover most of your mounting needs. This is probably the most versatile antenna support on the market today. The antenna support will accept an inclination of up to 13 degrees if installed with one meter separation between the upper and lower support. With 2.7 m separation up to 5 degrees is accepted. The antenna support must be fitted with direction diagonally across an inclined tower. The antenna support is used for small link antennas as well as all kind of panel antennas, including x-polarized antennas. Antenna mounting tubes of Ø mm is accepted. Recommended tightening torque of bolts and threaded rods: ITEM Bolt M12 x 40 A4 Threaded Rod M12 x 248 A4 TIGHTENING TORGUE 76 Nm 57 Nm All nuts in this box are pre-waxed with Gleitmo 100 Assemble the upper support as shown below. Note that the Counter Support Part might have to be turned depending on the shape of your frame leg. 2. Assemble the lower support as shown below. Note that the Counter Support Part might have to be turned depending on the shape of your frame leg. NOTE! LOCKING NUTS SHOULD BE USED ON ALL M12X40 BOLTS. 7 MANUAL PRODUCT NR: 1763 DRAWING NR: CD If the frame leg is inclined adjust the Tilt Arm Part, as well as the position of the Upper Support and Lower Support along the frame leg, to get the mounting tube vertical as shown below. If the antenna support is fitted to a concrete or stone wall, expansion-shell bolts (not supplied) can be used.
