2 Steve Sousley President / Owner Fabricator ProFabrication, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Steve Sousley. He started the business doing header building on the side while working full time at Rahmoc on the NASCAR Cup Series 75 car. What started in about 1000 sq ft in the back corner of a shop has grown over the years to be housed in a 24,000 sq ft building employing over 30 full time people. Steve has a passion for racing and a passion for welding and fabricating. He has worked hard over the last 20+ years to build a company where he can make what he loves to make. In the process, he has built a company with a family feel to it. He likes to take care of his staff as much as he likes to take care of his customers. Good customer service is a top priority for Steve. To that end, Steve and his staff listen carefully to the wants and needs of the customer on every build. With 9 fulltime fabricators and another 4 fulltime welders, the team at ProFabrication have developed an effective method of accuracy and repeatability for fulfilling multiple-header orders. This method, along with CAD software, has allowed ProFabrication to fabricate perfectly fitting custom headers for teams around the globe without having the actual vehicle in the shop. As the company has grown, it has become more than simply an exhaust fabrication business. ProFabrication manufactures a large variety of components for race teams, engine builders, and individuals. We manufacture tubing from flat stock which allows us to offer an extensive range of material types and gauges in a timely manner to our customers. We specialize in exotic metals and hard to find material types, such as Inconel 625, 321 Stainless Steel, and Titanium. We roll and weld material from to thick into 1 3/4 to 3 1/2 in diameter with a maximum length of 28. We stock an extensive selection of straight tubing sold by the inch. 21 PAGE 19 Frank Gemini Header Fabricator Since 2013 Merge Collectors ProFabrication s merge collectors are engineered to achieve the high flow and velocity necessary to increase and broaden an engine s torque curve and peak power. Each merge collector is Tig welded and incorporates a transition spike that is internally blended, making the transition from primary tube to collector as smooth as possible, thereby maintaining exhaust velocity and improving volumetric efficiency. Other Types of Collectors We also offer weld-on and formed collectors for most racing applications.
