Each set of assembly should consist of 8 Nos. of basic flights, 1 No. of V serrated flight Type-A and 1 No. of V serrated flight Type-B 4 The materials of construction are : Chain link - 20 Mn Cr5; Basic Flight -IS 2062 :2006; V-Serrated Flight - Hardox 400 Circlip -SS The dimensions of the chain link should be as per the attached drawing. 6 Minimum UTS of Chain link should be 450 KN. 7 The chain link hardness should be 59-61HRC. 5 2.The bid guarantee shall be forfeited (a)if the bidder withdraws / modifies / changes / impairs / derogates the bid proposal on his own after the bid is opened within the validity period. (b)non acceptance of the Letter of Intent / Purchase Order by the bidder when issued within the validity period, including extensions, if any. (c)failure to furnish valid contract performance guarantee by the bidder within the time stipulated in the P.O. and (d)furnishing of Forged / Bogus documents (e)on the happening of any other contingencies mentioned in the bid documents. Besides the Bidder will be debarred / banned for a fixed period at the discretion of NLC from participating in any of the NLC s tender. (OR) MSME units registered with District Industries Centers (DIC), Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Khadi and Village Industries Board, Coir Board, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, any other body specified by Ministry of MSME and having Udayog Aadhar Memorandum shall be given Tender Sets free of Cost and exempted from Bid Guarantee / Payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) provided the product range mentioned in the certificate(s) is the same or similar to NLCIL requirements. The certificate should be valid on the date of opening of the bid and should be duly attested by Notary Public/Chartered Accountant. The offers are liable for rejection if they are not accompanied with a copy of valid registered certificate in case of MSME or proof / reference for having remitted the Cost of Tender Documents, Bid Guarantee amount by RTGS / NEFT.
