5 6/28/ Drill out plugs PB Tag up on fill. Clean out to safety plug. Drilled 1st 9200' - had psi increase fr/ RIH to clean out sand. Drilled 2nd 9510' - had psi increase fr/ Had a show of oil. Pull up above perfs to allow pressure to equalize. Went BIH to finish drilling/circulating plug out of hole. RIH to clean out sand. Drilled 3rd 9740' - had psi increase fr/ RIH to clean out sand. Drilled 4th 9960' - had psi incrrease fr/ Had a good show of oil. Pressure kept blowing bit & plug up the hole. Pull out to float valve & SD. 6 6/29/ Drill out plugs PB Open well up. Had 900 psi. Run into plug. Circulate. Bit started down. Run into fill. Clean out sand. Drilled 5th 10,160' - had psi increase fr/ Could not drill out plug. POOH. Change out mill. RBIH. Drill on plug #5 approx 10 mins, fell through. Run into next fill. Clean out sand. Drilled 6th 10,470' approx 1-1/2 hrs - had psi increase fr/ Had a good show of oil. Plan to continue drilling plugs Set 10,930', 10,720', 10,470', 10,160', 9,960', 9,740', 9,510' & safety 9,200' Location, Damages Equipment Rental

7 6/30/ Drill out plugs PB Run pipe back IH to 6th plug. Drill for 20 mins, plug came loose. Run into fill on top of 7th plug. Clean out sand. Drilled 7th 10,720' - had psi increase fr/ Run into fill on top of 8th & final plug. Clean out sand to plug & drill out. Drilled 8th 10,930'. RIH to PBTD 11,113'. Circ clean. Had 65' sand to PBTD. Pull up to float valve. Remove. Hook up & kill tbg w/15 bbls TBW. Flange tbg up. Rig down. Roustabouts hooked up WH. Open well up. TP 100 psi, CP 360 psi. Left choke 18/64". Transferred 102 BO fr/flowback tank to the btty. Started tank gauge on 1st tank up ladder 3'1" in oil tank. Finished Job. Set 10,930', 10,720', 10,470', 10,160', 9,960', 9,740', 9,510' & safety 9,200' Location, Damages Equipment Rental

8 7/14/ Put well on pump PB RU. Hook up to tbg. Pump 15 bbls treated brine in tbg. Install. POOH w/290 jts. PU prod string. RBIH. Remove, set w/18 pts tension. Flange well up. 9 7/15/ Put well on pump PB Hook up pump truck to kill well w/10 bbls treated brine in tbg. Remove. Set w/18 pts tension. Flange well up. Wait on rods. PU new pump & rods off ground. RIH. Space out well. Hang well on. RD. Roustabouts hooked up flowline. Left well pumping to btty. Finished job.
