3 3 Omal actuator range has been designed for the main purpose of being reliable on severe automation service and, because of that all components are internally engineery and produced. All the CNC machines are served with auto-arms for parts load and unload as for the online testing. The data is taken under the control of a Computers Net System. The Quality System is completed with an inspection program performed by and measuring equipment, and double checked in the Quality department by means of a computerized 3D touch-testing machine program. 4 THE QUALITY 4 Production & Quality System Omal acuator quality begins with an accurate design and engineering wich are followed by a totally state of the art production line. In order to achieve this goal Omal, founded in 1981, has dedicated to this product line a whole facility.

5 5 On-site quality inspection and program control for the computerized machinery is carried-out by Specialized Personnel using certified instruments in accordance with the Quality Check Program. Omal Technical Laboratory, equipped with the latest testing machinery, double checks all the products and stories all the reports for 5 years in the Quality System for traceability. All the actuator s components are stored in Omal warehouse Every day, some units are randomly selected and submitted to endurance testing and wearing parts inspection.
