13 VALVE ACCESSORIES SOLENOID VALVES Solenoid valve Mod. SV61 The SV series is a complete range of solenoid valves designed according to the NAMUR standards Made of anodised aluminum. Each solenoid valve can be used with double acting actuators. 5-way application Or with a simple 3-way application effect and it is indispensable in the monostable, bistable version. EV61 Series The models EV61 (pilot on the left), EV63 (pilot on the right) and EV62 (bistable) are compact solenoid valves, IP65, NEMA 4 of the NAMUR type, light and easy to use. Equipped as standard with manual control and a plate to convert from 5 to 3 ways, they are available with CSA / UL certifications for the American market and ATEX for the European market.

14 ACTUATORS MT series aluminum actuators The MT series is the new generation of rack and pinion actuators equipped with a lighter and smaller aluminum body, while maintaining many options to automate various valve types and the same reliability as the UT series. Designed according to international standards, the MT series is also equipped in the standard configuration of our double register ± 10, unique in the international scene. The standard rotation angle is 90. For MT07 and higher units it is possible to record ± 10 in both opening and closing directions. 110 of rotation in a 90 actuator! The pneumatic pinion and rack actuator, designed with a compact design, provides linear torque throughout its stroke. Use the same body and tested in simple and double effect configurations. The piston rack is hooked along the entire length of the pinion tooth, guaranteeing stability and resistance in operation. The whole series of actuators has been designed according to the NAMUR VDI / VDE 3845 and ISO 5211 standards, which allow the direct mounting of solenoid valves, micro boxes or positioners. The springs, made of special steel and with anti-corrosion paint, are mounted on cartridges to ensure the safety of the operators during eventual maintenance of the actuators.

15 FINX BOX 41 Series The 41 series technopolymer limit switch box offers a new dimension in position indication for rotary actuators. Made entirely of technopolymer with stainless steel fasteners and fully CSA / UL Listed, with a NEMA 4 / 4X rating, these compact light limit switches are an excellent choice for most corrosive environments. 45 Series The Series 45 Series Aluminum and Stainless Steel Limit Switch Boxes are an extremely reliable, robust and time-tested solution for your position monitoring needs. Switches available with types of mechanical, proximity and inductive switches and fully certified for North American and European standards

16 POSITIONERS A complete range of positioning equipment used to control the position of a valve (sphere, butterfly and globe) in such a way that a given process reaches certain desired flow parameters. An example of this type of positioning control will include mixing hot and cold water, so as to achieve a specified downstream temperature requirement. Other parameters that can be controlled are the flow rate and pressure, as well as others. Different types of models are offered, including pneumatic, electropneumatic, intrinsically safe, explosion-proof and Smart type positioners.

17 REGULATORS The technology offers two main types of gear operators for use with quarter-turn valves; a manual gearbox and a disengageable gear. Both types are designed with a wide output torsion range and are generally designed for use with ISO 5211 valve mounting interfaces, but are not required. For the disengageable gear, an ISO 5211 interface is standard for actuator and valve connections. Both units are equipped as standard with a quadra dual output female drive, which mates directly to the square valve stems, or quickly adapts to smaller square gearboxes, or double D and key drives with the use of adapter sleeves. 18 ANKLE AND JOINTS Thanks to the experience gained in recent years, we are able to provide everything you need for your automation needs: from simple reduction to the bracket and extension kit in various materials, from the supply of the component to the assembly and testing of the complete package. Range of standard brackets according to ISO 5211 in multiple holes. The standard brackets are in galvanized steel but can also be supplied in AISI 304 and AISI 316. The extensions are made according to the valve design, in galvanized carbon steel as standard, on request in AISI 304 or AISI 316.
