Revised Administrative Approval - Accorded T.O.O.{CE-Constructionl400kV) Ms.No. 402, dt: Ref :T.O.O.(CE-Construction/400kV) Ms.No. 248, Date: PROCEEDINGS: In the T.O.O. cited Administrative approval was accorded for the transmission scheme for "Evacuation of Power in Kadapa, Anantapur and Kurnool districts of Andhra Pradesh" at an estimated cost of Rs Crore and Rs Crore "towards Interest During Construction (IDC). The total cost of the scheme including IDC is Rs Crore. 2. The Chief Engineer/Construction-Il vide U.O.dated: requested to arrange for according revised administrative approval. for construction of 400/220/132kV Substation at Jammalamadugu, Thalamanchipatnam (V) in Mylavaram (M) instead of 400/220kV Substation at Kondapuram and 220kV Substation at Jammalamadugu, to avoid submerging Gandikota Project (GNSS) and forest clearance and also vide U.O.dated: requested to include 33 kv features at 2 Nos. 220kV Substations at Betamcharla and Shakrayapet for Phase -I works of Wind Evacuation scheme. 3. The Chief EngineerlPower Systems vide U.O.dated: , informed that, APTRANSeO has approved for LILO of both circuits of 220kV Moose DC line proposed from 400kV Uravakonda SS to 220kV Kalyandurg SS at 220kV ~rampal.!i SS and also approved to include LILO works under Phase-I works while calling tenders. 4. After careful consideration, APTRANSCO accords revised administrative approval for the transmission scheme namely "Evacuation of Wind Power in Kadapa, Anantapur and K urnool districts of Andhra Pradesh" at an estimated cost of Rs Crore and Rs Crore towards Interest During Construction (IDC). In exercise of the powers conferred vide G.O.Ms.No.11, dated of Government or Andhra Pradesh, APTRANSCO or their authorized representatives shall have the powers for placing of the electric supply lines or electric plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper co-ordination of works that a telegraphic authority possesses under the provision of the Indian Telegraph Act. 188 (Central Act-13 of 188). 8.
