4 SPOKESPERSONS MARC NASSIF FRANÇOIS MARIOTTE JEAN-FRANÇOIS GAL JEAN-DENIS CURT ABDELAZIZ MOUHAJIR 4 MARC NASSIF MANAGING DIRECTOR OF GROUPE RENAULT MOROCCO After holding a number of positions at Head Office and in Groupe Renault countries, Marc Nassif was appointed as Director of the Curitiba plant (Brazil) in He took the helm at the World Production Quality Department in 2004 and was named Director of Groupe Renault India in 2008, contributing to the construction of the new Renault-Nissan plant in Chennai. In 2014, he became Director of International Development at the Engineering Department, responsible for the development of the International Engineering Centers. He was appointed as Managing Director of Groupe Renault Morocco on March 1, Marc Nassif is a graduate of Institut Catholique d Arts et Métiers engineering school in Lille, HEC and the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. FRANÇOIS MARIOTTE DACIA SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR Graduate of the ISG Business School in Paris, François Mariotte joined Groupe Renault in 1992 in sales and marketing department in France. In 2002 he was appointed Head of the Business Marketing Department, France. Between 2003 and 2010, he held a number of positions as Marketing Director in Eastern Europe (Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia), where he was involved in launching the Dacia brand from Between 2010 and 2014, he was Range Director, LCV Sales at global level, before moving back to Dacia as Sales and Marketing Director for all of the 44 countries in which the brand is sold. JEAN-FRANÇOIS GAL DIRECTOR OF THE RENAULT- NISSAN TANGIER PLANT Jean-François Gal held several positions at the group s Logistics Department, at the plants in Douai (France) and Palencia (Spain), before becoming Director of Production Control for the Renault-Nissan Alliance. He has been Director of the Tangier plant since November 1, Jean-François Gal is a graduate of the ICPI industrial chemistry and physics institute in Lyon and holds a Master s in Industrial Logistics from ESSEC.

5 JEAN-DENIS CURT ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND SRI* RELATIONS OF GROUPE RENAULT Jean-Denis CURT is a graduate of the INSA engineering school of Lyon (France). He joined Renault in 2000 to support the ISO certification of the new Ayrton Senna plant in Curitiba (Brazil), and held various positions in connection with environmental management within the Group s Manufacturing Division. From 2007 through 2009 he acted as HSE project leader for the design and construction of the first zero discharge plant of the Renault-Nissan Alliance in Chennai (India), and the setting up of electric vehicle and battery production lines in Europe. In 2010 he was appointed head of the unit in charge of Industrial Risks Prevention, Environmental Management and Energy Performance for Renault sites worldwide. In 2014 he joined the Strategic Environmental Planning Department to coordinate the construction of the Group s new Environmental Strategic Plan, liaise with investors on environmental issues and characterize the environmental stakes associated with mobility systems. * Socially responsible investors (Investisseurs Socialement Responsables). ABDELAZIZ MOUHAJIR HUMAN RESSOURCES DIRECTOR OF GROUPE RENAULT MOROCCO & IFMIA DIRECTOR Abdelaziz Mouhajir graduated from the Mohammadia School of Engineering in Rabat with a diploma in process engineering in 1990 and holds certificates in human resources management from the ESCP-EAP and in strategic thinking from the CRC-HEC Paris, obtained in 2008 and in 2011 respectively. In 1991, he joined the SAMIR oil refinery, where he held several positions in the management of production and industrial project studies. In 1995, he joined the company Lesieur Cristal, a subsidiary of the ONA Group, where he occupied several positions. In 2006, he became head of human resources with the Lesieur Cristal Group. In June 2012, he joined Groupe Renault in Morocco, as director of human resources at the SOMACA plant in Casablanca. Emissions of over 100,000 tonnes of CO avoided per year. Energy efficiency for controlled consumption. Energy savings of 45% in the paint shop*. 2 THE ELIMINATION OF INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT DISCHARGES THROUGH 100% recycling of industrial wastewater.
