1 HydroMassage Installation Overview- 340 Series For more detailed instructions, please refer to the HydroMassage Product Manual, or visit **DELIVERY COMPANY WILL COMPLETE STEPS 1-3 **Step : Unpack HydroMassage from shipping crate HydroMassage Bed Shipping Crate **Step : Remove HydroMassage panels and top cover sheet. Detach HydroMassage frame from shipping pallet. Remove Phillips screws attaching bed to pallet Remove HydroMassage panels **Step : Attach the six castors (wheels) to bottom of frame Castors on bottom of bed frame HYDROMASSAGE INSTALLATION PROCESS BEGINS HERE Step : IMPORTANT: Inspect for any damage during shipping. o When shipping company leaves, you will have the following items HydroMassage Bed Parts Supply Box Marketing Materials Box

2 Step : Verify resources needed on-site are available for installation o One 220V / 30 Amp electrical outlet, one 110V wall outlet, and 25 gallons of distilled water for each bed to be installed Step : Unpack the Parts Supply Box Parts Supply Box Step 5: Underneath bed, check to ensure two PVC pump unions are tight o Prior to adding water, do a quick check of the PVC unions (connections on both sides of the black pump) underneath the bed to make sure they did not loosen during shipment. **Do not need to turn bed on its side. Pump (black) Two PVC Pump unions (white PVC) Side View View from underneath bed Step: Move bed to desired location in the facility o Position the bed so the aluminum electrical control box is NOT against a wall. This makes servicing the bed much easier in the future. Step : Insert mounting pole into bed frame

3 Step : Connect power cord. o Plug battery back-up into standard wall outlet, and turn-on power button on the power supply. The power cord plugs directly into the battery back-up. **IMPORTANT: make sure the power cord is plugged into the correctly labeled outlet on the battery backup. Power Cord Battery Backup Step : Connect communications cable. o The flat, silver cable coming from the needs to be plugged into the top plug on the electrical control box on the side of the tank. Communications Cable Control Box Step : Neatly coil and secure loose electrical cables to frame. **IMPORTANT: Ensure Communications Cable is secured so it can not come in contact with the Motor Drive. Communications Cable Motor Drive Step : Plug headphones into receiver wire coming from arm.

4 Step : Add first 5 gallons of water ONLY (of the total 25 gallons to be added) o Unscrew PVC breather tube, and screw the large PVC Water Filler Tube (found in Parts Supply Box) into the foot end of the tank to add water. Water Filler Tube Step : With the first 5 gallons of water in the tank, re-inspect PVC fittings underneath bed to ensure all fittings are tight. Also, tighten 20 black knobs at top of tank frame. PVC Fittings Black knobs Step : Turn on by pressing blue Power button o **IMPORTANT: Do this first before plugging 220V electrical cord into the wall outlet. The HydroMassage software will boot up automatically on the screen. Wait until you see an Establishing Communication window on the before plugging in 220V outlet. Establishing Communication Window Step : Plug the 220V power cord into the 220V wall outlet o Important** DO NOT plug in the 220V power cord for the bed until the is powered-up, and the Establishing Communication box pops-up on the. 5 Step : Software initialization. You should see a series of tests being completed on the. This will take approx 1-2 minutes Initialization Window Step : After initialization is complete, add the remaining 20 gallons of water o Once all 25 gallons are added, now unscrew the large PVC Water Filler Tube, and replace it with the small PVC breather tube originally installed. Water Filler Tube Step : Press green start button on to turn on HydroMassage for the first time. o Confirm HydroMassage working properly by testing the pressure bars, change the massage speed, and launch the entertainment options at least 1X each. 6 Step : Re-attach panels and comfort pad / cover sheet o Do one last visual inspection under the bed to confirm there are no or leaky PVC connections prior to re-attaching panels and cover sheet.
