INTEGRA 320 Integrated Robotized Blister Line A concentrate of Italian technology Robotized Blister Line, integrating the two operations of blister thermoforming and packaging in carton.

The line is composed of two sections, each managed by a PC, and it is characterized by a small footprint. Main features: - Balcony style construction - Maximum accessibility and ergonomics of all groups - Full compliance with cgmp regulations - Every single group managed by servo motors - Maximum visibility of all units for an immediate line clearance - Size parameters set on the PC for a very fast changeover 2

4 Rear forming area Forming station managed by brushless motors. Self-aligning pre-heating plates independently driven. Automatic reel unwinder driven by brushless motor, with automatic stop when reel is ending. Film positioning driven by brushless motor. Automatic pitch adjustment from the display.

5 Flat sealing area Continuous motion horizontal flat sealing. The combined movements of the film, intermittent and pulling, allow to the materials a longer time for sealing, controlling the temperature and preserving the product integrity. The constant pressure over the surface of the blister ensures an optimal sealing uniformity. Automatic opening of the plates in case of machine stop.

9 Continuous motion cartoner section The two sections of the line can be divided by a separating wall, thus allowing the insertion in two rooms of different class. The blister machine and the cartoner can work independently. 9

10 System for carton opening featuring two movements. Up to 260 cartons per minute Toothed conveyor belt for carton transport: the carton is held and correctly driven. Maximum cleanliness and silence also at high speeds. A long lasting and easy to replace belt.

11 Product insertion Electronic group for product insertion equipped with counterpushers. Driven by servomotors, with integrated safeties. In case of machine stop, the insertion is not realized and the blister is collected into the reject bin.
