In order to increase production reliability, the new tablet weighing module can reweigh production batches with weight irregularities. This minimizes tablet rejects as the production batches can be resorted extremely accurately. Combination of proven technique Having 25 years of experience with feeding systems for thermoforming machines, Alyward is the ideal partner to transport even difficult products safely to the KKE 2500 and to assure quick and smooth processing of up to 60,000 tablets / hour. The established automatic feed system is used to feed and weigh almost any tablet shape even non stackable tablets. Tablets are positively controlled throughout the weighing and ejection process so that it is impossible for an out-of-tolerance tablet to find its way into the good product. Flexible application either capsule or tablet checkweighing whatever your need may be! The combination of both well established units, the feed system and checkweigher, provide a safe quality control. The tablet weighing module can be docked easily onto the KKE 2500 and within a few minutes tablets, instead of capsules, can be checkweighed.
