3 KOKS MEGAVAC LOADER The MEGAVAC LOADER is not truck mounted, but provided with a container handling system and is a fully self supporting skid mounted machine. The frame is based on a 20 ft container system and provided with an integrated hooklift system, forklift truck openings and lifting eyes on behalf of placing the unit on a semitrailer, chassis or other transport system. The MEGAVAC LOADER is not only a safe, environmentally friendly and flexible vacuum unit, but can also discharge in big bags or blow back the product. The MEGAVAC LOADER The MEGAVAC LOADER is provided with a unique quick discharge system consisting of an entirely smooth filter compartment with a large discharge filter cover which can be opened and closed hydraulically. Especially for working with hazardous and contaminated substances the MEGAVAC LOADER is available in the following editions: PED and (CEOC)ADR. The MEGAVAC LOADER is equipped with a blowing cover for blowing solid substances. Due to the 8,100 m 3 /h blower the MEGAVAC LOADER has a very large suction capacity which will secure processing large quantities of liquids and dry substances in a very short period of time. 5 Special features MEGAVAC LOADER: Flexible application by means of a 20 ft container frame with an integrated hooklift container handling system, forklift truck openings and lifting eyes. 275 hp Caterpillar C7 diesel engine on behalf of blower drive by means of V-belts and pulleys. Blower with a capacity of m³/h, 95% vacuum, 1,1 bar overpressure. Sound insulated hood, made of plywood with aluminium frame, provided with inner insulation material with 4 access doors on behalf of performing maintenance easily. Large pressure/vacuum tank with a volume of 12 m³, excl. filter room. Electronic level detector in the sludge tank and filter room. Galvanized filter carrier frame and large filter surface of 42 m². Filter racks and bag filters. Air Shock filter cleaning system. Rear door with blowing cover. Stainless steel hose box and coupling storage box. Suction connection on the body side.
