3 VENT SUMMARY In-vessel work completed on/ahead of schedule Over 120 tasks A number of unexpected tasks were taken on and completed Tile contouring Diagnostic modifications Third ECH launcher installation Collaborators helped on programmatic tasks LLNL supplied significant extra labor especially for diagnostics PPPL delivered antenna for installation and installed ASDEX gauges UCLA relocated reflectometer hardware to make way for ECH launcher Many collaborators worked on specialized tasks Neutral beams inspected, maintained, and ready for ops Entered Y2K successfully Start-up proceeding on schedule /Luxon
