3 AREA D ANNUAL EXERCISE Wednesday September 27, 2017 Oil Spill Containment & Recovery in a Large River Location: At the mouth of the Lesser Slave River (water intake) MAP Parking space will be indicated; please carpool Visit Coop Exercise Training Page for information about other WCSS coop exercises Coop Exercise Attendee Responsibilities: 1. Sign-in; this will be used as acknowledgement of the safety briefing delivered by the WCSS instructor. 2. Utilize appropriate forms to report injuries, incidents, accidents or near misses (provided by WCSS Rep). 3. Contribute to hazard assessment. 4. Actively participate in hands-on training. 5. Observe safe conduct at all times. 6.
