21 Florida State Law ATV operation while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substance or any prescription or over-the-counter drug impairing vision or motor condition is prohibited.

22 Florida State Law No person under 16 years of age shall operate or ride on an ATV unless wearing a safety helmet meeting US DOT standards and eye protection.

24 Florida State Law All ATVs are required to be equipped with a muffler and a functioning US Forest Service approved spark arrester when operated on public lands.
