20 Florida State Law No person under 16 years of age shall operate or ride on an ATV unless wearing a safety helmet meeting US DOT standards and eye protection.

22 Florida State Law All ATVs are required to be equipped with a muffler and a functioning US Forest Service approved spark arrester when operated on public lands.

35 Field Test Result - Conclusion Conclusion: Thus, in general, over these seven instructors taken as a whole, the ATVRC and the E-Course/S-Course were equal in their quiz score and skill score results.
