At the beginning of 2009, solar cells and modules production lines were finished. 2010, production lines of solar cells and modules expansion November 2004, the first successful trial production of silicon wafer. May 2007, Hareon Solar industry was expanded to polysilicon. December 2009, Altusvia Energy Co., Ltd. was founded in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province.
