At this time,boss made a very absolutly desicison, stop one day production,hold a meeting,check why this occured, and make everyone do self-reflection. We treat every customer equally, we are responsible to each customer.from that lesson on, all the workers in our factory will have a first class about that lesson to pay attention to t he quality by themselvers.now we have a very excellent QA team, they lead all workers for Sungold brand, for customers benifits. The second day, all workshop produce this 200 sets solar kits together, everyone with self-examination each step, although a little delay, make this small customer very satisfied.now the 200 set solar kits with dross are still remain at our warehouse to remind everyone.
