24 Sleeve in Flexo and Lamination Lamination: a gap is needed between the steel and the rubber roller; friction between rollers turning at different speed is present. Flexo printing: a kiss contact is needed; cylinders turning at same speed: sleeve out of round is compensated and absorbed by flexo plate and cushion tape.
