2 Company History Brittech was established in 2007 by Jan Louis (Spikkels) Brittz, initially to service the Horizontal Belt Filter and Linear Screen markets. The company has since grown and expanded over the years to be the preferred provider of the highest quality products, excellent after sales service and onsite maintenance in the Horizontal Belt Filter and Linear Screen markets. Brittech specializes in new developments and products for the Linear Screens and Horizontal Belt Filters and recently the supply of all approved electrical components. New Machines We offer a complete range of new machines to fit in with the customers specific requirements and interface criteria. Refurbishing When required we offer a one stop refurbishing service to customers that have existing machines that require refurbishing or a complete rebuild. Second hand Machines From time to time we have second hand machine available. These machine are fitted with new spare parts and will operate like new. Availability can be a problem and we therefore suggest that customer make contact with us well in advance. Spares Rubber Lined Rollers We offer a complete range of return and support rollers in either fixed shaft or internal bearing configuration. These rollers can be covered by natural rubber or any synthetic material as required. Drive and Tail Pulleys We offer a complete range of drive- and tail pulleys. 3 Bowed Rollers (New and Repairs) All Bowed Rollers are made according to customers requirements. The main function is to prevent or iron out any creases in the cloth. Wear Belt Support Rollers Wear belt rollers are used to support the wear belts on the return cycle. Feed Dam Rollers We offer a complete range of Feed Dam Rollers. This Roller is covered with natural rubber Carrier Belt Support Rollers We offer a complete range of Carrier Belt Support Rollers. This Roller is covered with natural rubber. 5 Guide Dog Tracking Valve The body of the GUIDE DOG tracking Valve is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel and the rotor from Brass. These units are normally available ex stock. Service exchange units are normally available ex stock as well. Guide Dog Paddles Guide Dog paddles is manufactured from Stainless Steel and has ceramic tiles for durability. Semi Automatic Spay Bar When installed, the nozzles can be cleaned while the machine is in operation. This is done by turning a hand wheel that is connected to a shaft with stainless steel brushes that cleans the inverted nozzles. The loose solids inside the bar are then flushed out via a ball valve. The complete unit is manufactured from stainless steel. Semi Automatic Spray Bars are manufactured on request only and can be made up to fit any application. PVC Spay Bar This is a cost effective design that can be completely dismantled for cleaning if required. Bayonet coupled nozzles, which are effective, are standard to minimize own time. 6 Complete Guide Dog Tracking System This system consists of: Standard Guide Dog Tracking Valve Standard Guide Dog Tracking Cylinder Standard Filter/Regulator/Lubricator 10m x dia. 8mm PVC Tubing with push-in fittings. Filter/Regulator/Lubricator For maintenance friendly operation, our FRL is fitted standard with an Auto Drain system that releases the water in the water trap automatically once it reaches a preset level. The FRL is standard fitted with push in connectors for ease of installation. Trapezoidal Carrier Belt The Carrier Belt is available in natural rubber, SBR, EPDM and Neoprene depending on application. Sizes is available according to customers specifications. Curbing Ripple Curbing is available in 100mm and 125mm in height and is manufactured in a mixture of natural rubber and neoprene.

7 Air Box Air Boxes are manufactured to customers specifications in either mild Steel or Stainless Steel. Inspection holes are laser cut in the bottom for easy cleaning. Blower Fans Fans are manufactured according to customers specifications. Receiver Tanks Receiver Tanks are manufactured according to customers specifications. They are Pressure tested to ensure there is no vacuum leaks
