5 Manufacturing Competencies Cable Assembly Fully-automatic Cable Assembly Source: Komax The Komax Alpha comply with the highest Standards in terms of Performance, Quality, Costs and Flexibility. The Komax Alpha is based on state of the art Technology and is designed for Processing single Conductors as well as Double Crimp Connections. Semi-automatic Cable Assembly With our range of Crimping Tools we are able to handle over 80% of Automotive related Crimp Contacts. The Crimp Contacts dimensions reach from 0,08 mm² to 120 mm². Our Crimping Machines are equipped with Crimp Force Analysis Devices. 5

6 Manufacturing Competencies Cable Assembly Manual Cable Assembly With our Range of Hand Crimping Tools we are able to handle over 99% of Automotive related Crimp Contacts Our Staff in Production is specially trained and has gained a lot of Experience with Crimping. In addition, we combine Years of Experience with Component Assembly. Prototypes and Small-Series-Production We develop and produce customer-specific Cable Solutions: Complex Wiring systems Wiring Harnesses for Engine Compartment Special Cables, also for High Voltage Applications 6

7 Manufacturing Competencies Injection Molding Thermoplastics With our Arburg Injection Molding Machines we master Horizontal Production of Insert Parts (Cable Extrusions) Vertical Production of high-volume Parts (Connectors and Housings) Application of various Materials: e.g.tpu, PBT, PPS, PA66 Silicones With our Dr. Boy Injection Molding Machine we master High-temperature, elastic Parts Long-term folding Resistance and low compression set Parts Sealing Parts, e.g. longitudinally waterproof Parts (IP6K9K) 7

Our aim is to discover Quality Deviations at an early Stage of the Production Process (In-Line). Our Quality Management System is based on ISO 9001 and ISO/TS Laboratory Source: Adaptronic Crimp force monitoring as well as crimp heights and pullout force measurement during set-up - guarantees best quality of the crimp connections to be produced. Self-running Test Programs for Low and High Votage Testing guarantees Six Sigma Quality. 8
