Feel the performance as well as the optimized power spreading of a MIZU P - Max manifold which is still made by hand out of high quality stainless steel. Due to a unique bending technique of the double - walled header, polished surfaces will not tarnish or discolour and the precious finish will last. Using this system with a catalytic converter, emissions can be reduced by up to 30%. MIZU gasoline engine technology reduces CO 2 - emissions and ensures economical fuel consumption. The conversion kits distinguish themselves by controlled pollutant emissions as well as ready to mount and TUV tested components. The system is delivered with a certificate for pollutant emissions and a TUV approval. Currently, P- Max systems are only available for engines with fuel injection. 8 P- Max LPG technology for inboard engines SPECIAL FEATURES MIZU technology GmbH is the first provider worldwide that has met the pollution emission requirements for both fuel or gas engines according to Lake Constance norm BSO, stage 2. A conversion will take two to three days. A central part of the system is a gas pump that ensures a constant supply of liquid gas to the engine (liquid gas is actually injected). The liquid gas is passed through one injector per cylinder into the induction tract. A separate controller guarantees the correct amount of gas to be injected. Depending on your engine, the MIZUGAS kit is delivered through our MIZUGAS centres, including pollutant emission certificate and TUV approval. Tank capacity can be chosen between 60 and 178 litres which enables driving times up to multiple days. The engine always starts on fuel and after a short warm - up period, the MIZU LPG - system automatically switches to gas operation mode. Of course, both control modes can be interchanged at any time. MIZU technology develops fuel and gas engines that have significantly reduced CO 2 - emissions. Due to the low pollutant emissions, the emission certificate of Lake Constance - nautical degree, appendix C was granted for engines with stage 2 in single or double engine models. 10 P- Max LPG technology for outboard engines SPECIAL FEATURES This bivalent drive for boats was developed by MIZU technology GmbH. The complete conversions kit contains injectors and safety valves, a gas control unit including cable harness and a gas pressure regulator. A conversion will take two to three days. Central part of the system is a gas pump that ensures constant supply of liquid gas to the engine (liquid gas is injected). The liquid gas is passed through one injector per cylinder into the induction tract. A separate controller guarantees the correct amount of gas to be injected. Tank capacity can be chosen between 60 and 178 litres which allows for operability times up to multiple days. The engine always starts on fuel and after a short warm-up period the MIZU LPG-system automatically switches to gas operation mode. Of course, both control modes can be interchanged any time. Until 2018, the tax on gas prices in Germany will be low. On average, a litre of liquefied gas costs about 0.65 Euro. Running your engine on gas will increase the consumption slightly, but compared to gasoline, a reduction by nearly a half of the fuel costs can be safely assumed. 12 P- Max Powermaster SPECIAL FEATURES Get what s inside out! It is now possible with our new MIZU P - Max Powermaster module. The fuel power module offers you the ability to configure your whole system with techniques such as fuel curve and optimal air-fuel mixture adjustment. Correctly adjusted, a significant reduction of fuel consumption next to maximum power delivery can be obtained. Long - term tests on a 5.7 litres marine fuel injection engine have shown a fuel consumption reduction by 28 % and performance enhancement by 10 %. Please check our website for further information.
