4 ROBINAIR HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE FOLLOWING OEM S: SECTION - Q - robinair approvals (VW FLUSHING) Press release 3/2008 VAG homologation for ROBINAIR We are pleased to announce that as of this week, WK 18/2008, the ROBINAIR A/C service station AC 690 PRO and the ROBINAIR flushing kit ACT 550 SFKVW have received the official World Wide homologation from VAG and have been posted in the VAG - VAS home page. The top-of-the-line model of Robinair's present A/C service stations production line, the AC 690PRO, has the VAG Part Number VAS 6415 and will be delivered by VAG exclusively with the flushing kit (already included in this Part Number) that has been developed with and for the VAG Group. All VAG-dealers, who already own / operate a ROBINAIR A/C service station of the series AC 450 PRO to AC 650 PRO and AC 490 PRO to AC 690 PRO, can retrofit the flushing kit VAG Part Number VAS 6415/1 on their stations. This flushing kit is available for purchase by VAG also singularly. The flushing software that regulates the flushing process in the A/C Station, and that was developed in cooperation with VAG is always delivered together with the flushing kit, so that the stations already in use can be easily updated to the officially released flushing process. By means of this update the specific print out of the flushing process that is necessary for warranty purposes will also be generated.
