3 How to Use the Checklist: When using the following checklist there are a few items to note: 1. Verify that you are using the proper checklist for the appropriate aircraft. 2. Bold Items are immediate action. 3. Bold Items are verbal callouts. 4. Italicized are information items. 5. ALL CAPS is action to be performed. 6. Underlined is an action to be completed when parameters have been met. 7. Verify that you have the MOST CURRENT REVISI. 8. All checklists are arranged in the following order: some items might be combined for brevity. Preflight Normal Maneuvers Abnormal (Pink) 9. Boxed checklists - - are performed as Read and Do checklists while dashed checklists - - are performed from memory. 10. ALWAYS WITH THE AFM if you are in doubt about anything. 11. Lines are included under checklist headers to identify the key tasks that must be accomplished before continuing with the checklist. DA-40F LISTS DA-40CS LISTS DA-42 LISTS Name: Phone#
