The maximum predicted NAAQs impacts passed modeling using the 900,000 gallon fuel limit found in permit FP-S-0036 and TP Modeling also showed that the limit of 132 MMcf/yr of Natural Gas could be removed. Therefore, TP-0012 no longer contained a limit for natural gas. The table presents the results from the evaluation made during the last permit cycle and the current permit cycle. An example calculation summary for number of hours is provided below: The 600,000 gallon No. 6 fuel limit is reached based on 196 gallons per hour (operating two boilers) after hours. Modeling looked at natural gas emission rates for only since the natural gas emissions rates were lower than oil-fired emission rates, except for.
