3 Introduction Brief History Ardebil Industrial Valves (AIV) is a professional manufacturer of Ball Valves, Shutoff Valves and Gas over Oil Actuators which was founded in 2005 with a total working area of sq. meters in Industrial Zone of Ardebil city. AIV aims to design, manufacture and supply of all types of valves. AIV with taking the advantages of educated and expert staffs and modern technology and advanced machinery, is capable to produce and supply the high quality Valves & Actuator with various sizes & pressures in accordance with IGS & IPS standards. AIV can also provide products according to customer s designs and requirements. We believe that by adhering to principles of good quality and client s satisfaction, the best services can be offered to our customers. Moreover, AIV has adequate knowledge and facilities to produce equipment of Gas Reducing Station such as Dry Gas Filter, Filter Separator, Launcher/Receiver & Indirect Water Bath Heaters which can obtain its customer s satisfaction. After Sales Services AIV with expert staffs provides After Sales Services in short time. Our After Sales Service provides technical assistance and support as well as delivery of spare parts & replacement parts. Aim of AIV s after sales service is to get customer satisfaction. All products, including all kinds of Valves (Ball, etc.), Actuators and ShutOff Valves, having warranty of 18 months, from the time of installation or 24 months, from the time of delivery, furthermore has 10 years After Sale Services. Repair Services AIV s expert technical team can provide Repair Services for all valves and or actuators (up to 56 inches which use in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries), manufactured by AIV or other manufacturers. The company can also send its technical team to the site for checking and troubleshooting. Major repair of valves and actuators will be done in AIV factory. Vision AIV tries to promote to a stable company at international level in the manufacture and supply of industrial valves in different sizes. 2
