3 w Sheet Steel Powder Coated WST 3 WST WST210 WST Family WST50305 WST20200 Material: Solid, cross-shaped construction, which is folded and welded from a cold-pressed sheet steel regardless of the size of the enclosure. The enclosure consists of two parts: Body and door. Thickness of the sheet steel: - Single-door enclosure: - 1.2mm: WST20200 to WST mm: WST80300 to WST Double-door enclosure: - 1.2mm: WST80302 to WST mm: WST80300 to WST Gland s: 1.4mm powder coated sheet steel. The body front of the enclosure is a double-edged rain gutter to allow water to drain. The enclosure can be rotated by 180, so the cable entry is possible via gland openings in the base or at the top. 4 wall mounting holes with 8.5mm diameter arranged in the corners of the rear wall (from 0mm enclosure height: 2 additional holes in the middle). All mounting holes have 20mm edge distance. All parts are pre-treated with iron phosphate, demineralised and protected by an epoxypolyester powder-structure coating in RAL7035. Door: Made of sheet steel, with double-bit lock and with M8 threaded bolts for earthing. - Single-door: - 1.2mm: WST20200 to WST mm: WST500 to WST mm: WST80210 to WST Double-door - 1.5mm: WST mm: WST to WST All enclosures from WST300 have mounted door reinforcement profiles, which also serve for rail fastening. The door is secured by two or three hinges and has an opening angle of 130. The door is mounted using safety pins and the hinges are hidden. The door hinge can be changed easily from right to left. The doors have a foamed polyurethane seal.
4 4 w Sheet Steel Powder Coated WST Lock system: - Single-door enclosures from a height of 0mm have 2 locks. -Enclosures from a height of 1200mm use a 3-point locking system with mini-swing handle (see table). - The mini-swing handle with 5mm double-bit lock can be exchanged to a swing handle for half cylinder insert. Mounting : Galvanised sheet steel, 2mm, folded on all sides. The mounting folded on all sides is mounted on welded M8 bolts on the rear of the enclosure and can be removed for mounting and wiring. The mounting is made of 2mm sendzimir galvanized sheet steel to comply with EMC guidelines. It has earthing points to establish a connection to the enclosure body. Protection class: Maximum protection for the devices is guaranteed due to the high degree of protection IP65 (single-door)/ip54 (twodoor) and impact resistance IK10 according to lec 529 standards. For outdoor installation, the installation of a rain hood (WSTD...) is recommended. Corrosion protection for additional drilling should also be considered. Mounting: The enclosure is mounted to the wall with screws (with plastic washers inside) directly with the rear wall or with a mounting kit (accessory WSTWB004 / WSTWB006), in both cases the IP degree of protection is maintained. The small opening radius of the doors makes it easy to mount enclosures directly next to each other. Delivery includes: Complete enclosure with 2 door mounting profiles (from size WST300), for enclosures with double door with 2 door mounting profiles on the inside of each door. Gland(s) with gasket(s) and screws, keys DIN 5mm and mounting incl. mounting material.
