Using constant values for the fluid s density and viscosity entered into its memory, the instruments smart electronics automatically corrects for Reynolds numbers down to The Vortex velocity sensor eliminates spurious signals caused by pipeline vibrations and pumps. dditionally, Innova-Flo can be configured to monitor mass flow rate, based on the constant density input. No other flow meter has better field configurability than the intuitive, easy-to-use Innova-Flo. The device s comprehensive menu provides complete self-diagnostics and configuration capability for outputs, ranges, engineering units and totalization. The meter is fully HRT compatible with full device description functionality. The in-line Series 220 meters are available in 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 inch sizes with NSI flange or wafer flow bodies. The Series 221 insertion meters can be used on pipe sizes from two inches and greater. They are available with flanged or Male NPT process connections.
