1 AIP CH SEGENT DRIVER FOR DOT ATRIX LCD 1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION The AIP31063 is a LCD driver LSl which is fabricated by low power COS technology. Basically this LSl consists of 40 2 bit bidirectional shift register, 40 2 bit data latch and 40 2 bit LCD driver. This LSl can be used segment driver. Features Dot matrix LCD driver with 80 channel output. lnput/output signal - Output : 40 2 channel waveform for LCD driving - Input: - Serial display data and control pulse from the controller LSl. - Bias voltage ( - ) Display driving bias : static-1/5 Power supply voltage: 2.7V ~ 5.5V Supply voltage for display: 0 ~ - 5V(VEE) interface driver (cascade connection) controller AIP31065, AIP31063 AIP31066/U COS Process Chip size: (μm μm) The IC substrate should be connected to VDD or float in the PCB layout artwork. l00qfp and bare chip available Address:2F Building9,100Di cui Road, LiYuan Development Zone, Wuxi, jiangsu, China 1/ 11
