6 ROLLER SHADES Operating Options Ez Lift Clutch Roller (Continuous Chain Loop) Ez Lift clutch system easily lifts large shades while the continuous beaded chain loop remains the same length Allows for precise positioning of the shade. Chain loop is color-coordinated to the fabric or can be coordinated to cassette rail, fascia or hem bar. Comes with cord tension device that must be mounted for shade to operate properly. Additional Clutch Options: Galaxy 200 is a geared clutch that reduces pull force up to approximately 40%. Requires more rotations to raise and lower the shade. Maximum width 132"; 1 1/2" - 2" roller tubes only. Bead stops cannot be used with Galaxy clutch. 7 ROLLER SHADES Operating Options Magic Lift Cordless Roller Operates likes a standard spring roller shade when lowered but will automatically raise smoothly and stop at the top of the window with a slight tug and release on the bottom of the shade. Built-in adjustable stop device stops shades in the correct top position with slight tug and release on the bottom of the shade. Shade fabric measures 5/8 less than tip-to-tip measurement. Comes on a standard white headrail that can be top or back mounted using a clip-on tension bracket for installation. Inside top mounted shades will have a light gap between the roller and headrail that will vary between 1/4 and 3/4 depending on the height of the shade. Available with Cassette 120 (add surcharge). Shade fabric measures 3/4 less than tip-to-tip measurement with cassette. Standard or reverse roll; standard only with Cassette 120. Maximum width 96 Tension adjustments may be made by using a standard screwdriver with the side-adjust bracket. Inside mount shades must be uninstalled to make adjustments. To add tension, turn counter clockwise. Reverse Roll Shade material comes off the front of the roller. Leaves noticeable light gap. Best suited for duplex fabrics. Reverse roll is not available with Fascias or Cassette 120. Railroaded Fabrics Sizes exceeding fabric width are made from railroaded cloth, (when available) using width for height, therefore any pattern will run horizontally. Railroading fabric will accommodate a wider width shade but will in turn limit the height of the shade to the fabric width minus 12" unless the fabric is seamed. For shades exceeding 132" in width, shade height will be limited to fabric width minus 22". Note: Fabrics that are railroaded may curl along the edges; this is not a defect in the product. Seamed Fabrics Some fabrics are available seamed; two pieces of fabrics are heat-welded together creating a visible horizontal seam toward the top of the shade. 7

The rail snaps easily into mounting clips. Shade is concealed when fully raised. Cassette valance includes a matching fabric insert and is available in five colors: white, vanilla, black, aluminum, and bronze. Not available for shades over 132" wide. 12 ROLLER SHADES Spring Roller Shade Pulls and Tassels Tassels and pulls are ONLY available on Spring Roller Shades. They attach to a wooden hem slat using a button covered screw also known as a Higbee Button. Pulls and tassels must be specified at time of order for wood hem slat to replace standard aluminum hem slat. Pulls cannot be attached to aluminum hem slat. They may lighten or darken depending on material and exposure to sunlight. Bamboo may be greenish at harvest and change to a yellow brown as it ages. Harvest conditions can also affect final color of each pattern. We encourage you to purchase all shades at the same time to ensure the most consistent look. Stretching, shrinking and slat migration Shades may stretch or shrink over time upwards of 1. This is most noticeable on an inside mount for roman style and panel tracks. Natural fibers will react to changes in heat and humidity. Slat migration, or uneven sides is normal and the ends can be patted back into shape if they shift. Edge banding adds a decorative touch and will help minimize stretching and slat migration. Pattern consistency Variations in thickness, texture, and yarns are to be expected within a pattern. There will be yarn knots at random intervals as well as length differences in the bamboo or grassy material that will cause a visual disruption in the weave pattern. In addition there could be minor spacing or gap differences throughout the shade due to different thicknesses of material. The pattern will not match perfectly on a 2 on 1 headrail shades over 96 wide. Side-by-side alignment cannot be guaranteed. The pattern will not match perfectly when the total width of the multiple shades to be installed side-by-side exceeds 96 wide. Liners Please note that room darkening liners do not provide a complete black-out solution. The rout holes on the operable pleated liners allow light to shine through the holes. Attached liners have small slits in the fabric to allow attachment of the cord guide rings and will also allow a small amount of light to shine through. Lift cords are color-coordinated to the woven fabric, therefore dark colored cords will be visible to the back of shades with light colored liner or room darkening liners that have a white backing. NEW SAFETY STANDARDS Please be advised the Window Covering Manufacturing Association (WMCA) announced the new window covering safety standard by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). This new safety standard, ANSI/WMCA A , requires all products with accessible operating cords which are free hanging (not restrained) to have a default cord length not exceeding 40% of the product height when the shade is fully deployed for maximum privacy. Remakes and Return Authorizations Should you experience a problem with any product, please call Customer Service. No-charge remakes will be processed due to factory error, product quality, or shipping damage issues. All no-charge remakes are entered under a central account, you will not find them in your account history. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notice, but you will not be able to check status on the remake order via our online service center. No-charge remake orders can be initiated with anyone in customer service; it is not necessary to reach the RMA department although they may follow up with additional questions to ensure we are solving the issue. You can help speed up the remake process by supplying pictures of quality issues or damage. Our goal is to prevent repeating the error and a good picture will tell us what the issue is and eliminate the need for blinds to be returned. In certain instances, a new order will be placed and an RA number will be assigned. You will be invoiced for the replacement order, and a credit will be issued upon return and inspection of the product. We will send return labels if required. Product must be returned within 30 days to avoid any further charges. Please be sure that any blinds returned to Vista Products are properly packaged to prevent soiling or damage while in transit. Damage incurred during shipping must be reported within 30 days or credit will be denied. Freight Damage INSPECT IMMEDIATELY!
