8 % SAVINGS PROMOTION FAQ S Q: What is the program and why is Comfortex offering this program? A: Comfortex rolled out a discount program in 2016 for the Color Lux line. Due to the overwhelming success of the program, Comfortex has expanded the program to our Shangri-La Sheer Shadings collection. This exciting profit building incentive is to encourage our Comfortex Dealers to sell more Shangri-La Sheer Shadings. This program provides a special discount for daily combined units ordered under the Shangri-La Sheer Horizontal Shadings and DOES include Soft Tones and Sheer Vertical Shadings. Under this program, Comfortex will combine all Shangri-La orders in a given day to calculate a volume discount. The discount includes all Shangri-La Sheer Horizontal, Vertical and Soft Tones Shades, even if separate orders are placed for these products in a given day. The discount begins at 5 total units as follows: 5 to 9 units = 5% discount 10 to 14 units = 10% discount 15 or more = 15% discount For example: If you place 3 separate Shangri-La orders on a given day, which includes 3 units on order #1, 4 units on order #2, and 6 units on order #3, then the discount will be based on 13 total units. The discount that will be applied to each of these orders is 10%. Q: Can I add Shangri-La and Color Lux shades to count towards the quantity? A: No, Shangri-La and Color Lux totals are treated independently and do not count as combined totals. Q: Do Sheer Solutions (Overtones and Paradise Sheer Shadings) count towards the promotion? A: The Overtones and Paradise Sheer Solutions are not part of the program at this time. Q: What is the deadline for placing orders in a one-day time period? A: The deadline for placing orders to be eligible for a specific day varies based on ordering method. The ordering deadline for DirectConnect orders is 12 midnight EST/EDT. Orders that are faxed or ed must be placed before 3pm EST weekdays, (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be entered on Monday and will count toward Monday s total units booked. Orders placed after these deadlines will count towards the following day. Q: Will the promotion apply to Soft Tones and Vertical Sheer Shadings? A: Yes, the promotion does apply to Soft Tones and Vertical Sheer Shadings. Q: What orders are excluded from the promotion? A: Orders and units for Shangri-La repairs, cut-downs, and parts orders for Shangri-La Sheer shades are excluded from this promotion. Contract orders are also excluded.
