3 Coronado product overview Fabric Choices Choose from a carefully selected palette of over 50 exotic fabrics made from environmentally sustainable natural fibers... exotic to elegant to complement your room. Coronado are so versatile they can be used with any decor. Traditional, contemporary, modern or rustic... there is a choice for your individual style. Shade Styles Flat Fold The Coronado standard shade option comes with a matching 6 inch valance. Cord position available right or left of shade. Waterfall Shade fabric hangs flat from the front of headrail and conceals lift cord. Valance on the window side conceals hardware from view. Hobbled Shade retains soft folds even in lowered position. A valance is included as standard. Lining Options No Lining Allows the natural characteristics of the shade material to be showcased without the privacy option. Privacy Lining Provides privacy while allowing soft natural light into the room. Neutral outside appearance. Blackout Lining Provides complete privacy and a neutral outside appearance. Characteristics of the fabric remain unchanged by light. Additional Options Dual Shade Allows shade fabric and liner to operate independently on one larger headrail system. Available on Flat Fold and Waterfall styles. Fabric Valance Six inch decorative Fabric Valance is available in a variety of coordinating colors. Edge Banding Available in a variety of decorative colors in 2 1 /2 or 1 /2 widths. Mitered corners are standard with 2 1 /2 Edge Banding. Top Down/Bottom Up 2 on 1 Headrail Loop Control Upended Headrail Coronado shades raise and lower from top or bottom for maximum control of room light. Available on Flat Fold style only. Combine two shades on a single headrail. Each shade will operate independently. A great solution for larger windows. Provides easier lifting of extra wide or heavy shades. Cord remains the same length regardless of shade position. Allows your Coronado shade to be mounted closer to window glass, reducing light gap. Also, a good choice for use on French Doors. 16 Coronado TM measuring, care and warranty information Basic Measuring Measure each window, recording width first, then height. Inside mount shades: Measure the window width at three locations; top, middle and bottom. Record smallest measurement. A 1/2 deduction in width will be taken at factory. Measure the height at three locations; left, middle and right. Record smallest measurement. Round down to the nearest 1 /8. 3 /8 Outside mount shades: Measure the width and height of the desired area to be covered. Allow 11/2 overlap on each side of window to minimize light leakage. Natural variations in color, grain, and texture are considered desired characteristics of woven shade materials and are to be expected. Varying thickness of materials, tied knots and splices can create differences in the weave pattern. Swatches are representative of the bamboo, grasses, jutes and reeds used to weave them and display the nuances of natural fibers. Exact color matches to samples cannot be guaranteed. Because of the organic nature of material used to create the shades, they may split, twist, shrink or stretch and may change color over time due to aging or exposure to sunlight. These unique characteristics are inherent in natural materials and are not considered defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover condition or damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. This warranty does not cover labor cost for measuring, removing or re-installing the blind. To obtain service, contact the dealer or decorator from whom you purchased the product. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt as well as details regarding the nature of the problem, location of the shade, etc. Repair or replacement will be made at the discretion of Selective Enterprises, Inc. Care and Cleaning Like any beautiful furnishing, Coronado Natural Woven Shades should be dusted regularly. Use a feather duster or vacuum shades with a soft brush attachment. Care should be taken to avoid contact with window cleaning products. We do not recommend Ultrasonic cleaning for Coronado. 16 Coronado TM
