5 Pneumatics 0 Directional Control Valves from Bosch The 0 range of directional control valves from Bosch features pneumatically and electrically controlled valves in both 5/ and 5/3 versions, with many different variations. Also offered is our own unique (DUAL) 3/ valve. This design features two 3/ valves in a single valve body that operate independently of each other. Only.71 (18 mm) wide but with a flow of up to.60 Cv Despite being only.71 (18 mm) wide, the subbase mounted valve, with porting interface to VDMA 563, has a flow rate of.5 Cv, while the nominal flow of the body ported version is as much as.50 Cv. The DUAL 3/ has a nominal flow rate as high as.60 Cv. types of connection: body ported and subbase mounted valves The body ported valve (1/8 NPT or G 1/8)can be connected either directly as a single valve or together with other valves on a manifold block. The subbase mounted valve can be mounted on either a single Manifold subbase for subbase mounted valves with electrically controlled directional valves: 5/ change-over type, 5/ type and 5/3 type Pneumatically controlled 0 directional control valve, 5/ body ported version, change-over type or a manifold subbase. And the subbase mounted version is available with either internal or external piloting, and also for use with vacuum. Manifold block for to 10 valves The manifold block is designed for two to ten body ported valves with ducted pilot exhaust air. Unoccupied valve locations can be covered with blanking plates. Manifold subbase for to 16 valves The manifold subbase for to 16 subbase valves is also designed for ducted pilot exhaust air. And assembly, using threaded rods in three standard lengths, is amazingly simple. A comprehensive range of Electrically controlled 0 directional control valve, 5/ subbase mounted version, change-over type accessories is available, which includes a supply connection plate, a blanking plate and channel separators for port 1 or ports 3 and 5. Also for assembly on manifold strips The pilot valves of the 0 dcv series are also available as 3/ solenoid valves, which can be assembled on separate manifold strips. Manifold strips for to ten solenoid valves are available as special accessories. Designed for or more pressure stages The 0 series manifold system has been designed with the flexibility to support multiple supply pressure systems.
