During the three day event, everyone enjoyed the chance to relax while developing and strengthening relationship within the industry. 4 Page 4 Business meetings Exhibitors The morning business meetings were held in the Eisenhower Room with large groups of eager listeners. Monday business meeting had an incredible speaker lineup, beginning with The Honorable Shelly Capito, US Senator; WV Lieutenant Governor Bill Cole, Senate President; Seve Astorg, Vice President of AutoiPacket Tuesday morning speakers was no less amazing, starting off with Marcia Broughton and Bob Tweel of Jackson Kelly; Johnnie Brown of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown and Poe and Paul Caldwell of Moore and Scarry Advertising. This year we had 7 exhibitors displaying their products and answering questions. Guest had an opportunity to visit with the exhibitors during the Welcome Reception and business meetings. Each exhibit had a grand prize drawing that took place during the Tuesday morning meeting. Thank you exhibitors for your participation and support!!. 6 Page 6 Chairman reception and dinner Chairman Reception and Dinner was held in the Cameo Room at the Greenbrier Hotel honoring Chairman Roberta Robinson Olejasz and her family. After dinner, Chairman Olejasz passed the gavel to Jack Stewart for the year. Following by the announcement of the golf scramble and sporting clay tournament awards. Later on to finish off the night, The Doerfels Band from Key West filled the air with music. A grand time was enjoyed by all.
