TO AVOID TAMPERING WITH FASTENERS ALWAYS PLACE WASHER AND NUTS AWAY FROM THE GUARDED AREA!!! INSTALL THE SETINA SEAT PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE PARTITION. NOTE: SEAT BELT RETRACTORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH AN ORANGE/RED STOP FORK. DO NOT REMOVE UNTIL BELT IS FULLY INSTALLED. IF REMOVED DO NOT ALLOW BELT TO RETRACT PAST THAT POINT. 3 Replacement Seat/ Figure 1 STEP 1 Figure 2 STEP 2 SEAT BELT GUIDE PRY BAR FOR SEAT CLIP STEP 1 - Instructions Begin by removing the rear seat, back rest and rear deck cover from the vehicle, use a piece of flat bar that is 7 to eject the clips on the back rest). Repeat for passenger side. Remove the lower factory seat belt buckles. SEE FIGURE #1 STEP 2 - Instructions Remove the C pillar cover from the vehicle, (the seat belt guide will need to be notched and removed in order to free the belt form the C pillar). Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #2 Figure 3 STEP 3 Figure 4 STEP 4 CENTER FACTORY RETRACTOR ZIP TIED FACTORY SEAT BELT REAR DECK MOUNT HOLES 2 OF 3 STEP 3 - Instructions Roll and zip tie the factor seat belts in place. See Figure #3. Return the C pillar cover. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #3 STEP 4 - Instructions Remove and store the factory center retractor from the vehicle. Drill out the (3) existing mount holes on the rear deck located behind child anchors using a 7/16 drill bit. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #4 PAGE 3

4 Replacement Seat/ Figure 5 STEP 5 Figure 6 STEP 6 RETRACTOR ASSEMBLY STRAP BRACKET RETRACTOR BRACKET WASHER PLATES STEP 5 - Instructions Remove the (3) washer plates from the center retractor assembly. Rotate the strap bracket & place over the factory center retractor stud. NOTE: Tighten the 7/16 fasteners at this time. SEE FIGURE #5 STEP 6 - Instructions Secure the retractor mount bracket weldment and washer plates to the rear deck using the provided 7/16 x 1.5 bolts, 7/16 washer (on both sides) and 7/16 nyloc nuts. SEE FIGURE #6 Figure 7 STEP 7 Figure 8 STEP 8 PINCH WELD W/BACKING PLATE CHILD SEAT ANCHOR POINTS STEP 7 - Instructions Move to the lower portion where the retractor bracket meets the pinch weld. Drill the (2) mount points using 21/64 drill bit. Place the backing plate on the backside. Secure using the provided 5/16 x 1.25 bolt, 1/4 USS fender washer (on both sides) and 5/16 nyloc nuts. Return the backrest to the vehicle. SEE FIGURE #7 STEP 8 - Instructions Using a pry bar bend the (6) lower child seat anchor points up out of the away. SEE FIGURE #8 PAGE 4

5 Replacement Seat/ Figure 9 STEP 9 Figure 10 STEP 10 LOWER COVER BRACKET LOWER SEAT MOUNTING BRACKET ROCKER MOLDING STEP 9 - Instructions STEP 10 - Instructions Secure the lower cover bracket to the riv nuts on the seat belt mount bracket weldment using the provided 1/4 x 3/4 bolts. Place the lower bracket weldment over the existing studs and secure with the existing fasteners. SEE FIGURE #9 Notch the rocker molding as shown in figure #18. NOTE: Make adjustments as needed to fit around the seat and buckle. SEE FIGURE #10 Figure 11 STEP 11 Figure 12 STEP 12.5 SPACER BUCKLE STEP 11 - Instructions Place the 1/2 spacer between the lower buckle and the vehicle s sheet metal. Secure to the factory mount point using a 7/16 x 1.5 fastener with washer. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #11 STEP 12 - Instructions Using a tie down, synch the Setina seat and move it into the vehicle. SEE FIGURE #12 PAGE 5

6 Replacement Seat/ Figure 13 STEP 13 Figure 14 STEP 14 FEED SEAT BELTS THROUGH OPENINGS STEP 13 - Instructions Before removing the tie down, thread the retractor seat belts through the upper port openings. SEE FIGURE #13 STEP 14 - Instructions Insert the buckle through the hole on the side of the seat. Adjust the seat into place. SEE FIGURE #14 Figure 15 STEP 15 Figure 16 STEP 16 LOWER COVER LOWER PHILLIPS SMS STEP 15 - Instructions Adjust the seat so the rear deck portion slides over the existing studs. Secure the seat loosely to the rear deck using the 8mm x 1.25 Hex Flange nut. Repeat for passenger side. SEE FIGURE #15 STEP 16 - Instructions Secure the seat belt end to the studs on the lower bracket weldment, using the 7/16 nyloc and 7/16 washer. NOTE: The socket will get stuck. Use channel locks to pull it out. SEE FIGURE #16 PAGE 6

7 Replacement Seat/ Figure 17 STEP 17 Figure 18 STEP 18 STEP 17 - Instructions Place the lower cover over the lower port opening and secure using the provided 1/4 x 1.25 bolt with 1/4 fender washer. SEE FIGURE #17 LOWER COVER UPPER PORT COVERS STEP 18 - Instructions Slide the seat belt through the upper port covers. Repeat for passenger side. NOTE: Driver side shown. SEE FIGURE #18 Figure 19 STEP 19 Figure 20 STEP 20 #6 X 3/4 SMS LOWER PHILLIPS SMS STEP 19 - Instructions Secure the port covers to Setina seat using #6 x 3/4 SMS SEE FIGURE #19 STEP 20 - Instructions Move to the lower portion of the seat. Drill the (4) mounting points into the vehicle using a 7/32 drill bit. Secure using the provided 1/4 x 1 Phillips SMS w/1/4 fender Washers. Repeat for passenger side. NOTE: Driver side shown. 8 Replacement Seat/ Figure 21 STEP 21 Figure 22 STEP 22 TPO REAR DECK COVER PARKING BUCKLE STEP 21 - Instructions Set the TPO rear deck cover into place. Align the obrounds on the deck cover to the holes on the rear edge of the seat. Secure deck to the seat using the 1/4 black plugs. SEE FIGURE #21 STEP 22 - Instructions Align the parking buckle to the lower mounting hole on the mount plate. Secure using the provided 1/4 x 3/4 fastener, 1/4 fender washer (on both sides) and 1/4 wizlocks. Place dome caps over wizlocks. NOTE: Driver side shown.
