1 TM REAR SEAT KIT IMPORTANT: Do not fully tighten hardware until instructed. Read through all instructions before beginning installation. Mount with Factory Bolts from Bag Rack removal (Repeat on other Support). Position with side facing Car Front and side facing Car Rear. Mount with Factory Bolts from Bag Rack removal (Repeat on other Support). 2 Club Car DS Position with side facing Car Front and side facing Car Rear. Place supports so Cross Braces have Flushed Sides facing inward. Mount with Factory Bolts from Bag Rack removal (Repeat on other support). Position with side facing Car Front and side facing Car Rear. Place supports so Cross Braces have Flushed Sides facing inward. Mount with M8-40 HEX Bolt and 5/16 Flat Washer (Repeat on other support). Car Front Car Front Car Rear Car Rear EZGO TXT / Star Position with side facing Car Front and side facing Car Rear. Place supports so Cross Braces have Flushed Sides facing inward. Mount with 3/8 x 1-1/4 HEX Bolt and 3/8 Flat Washer (Repeat on other support). EZGO RXV Position with side facing Car Front and side facing Car Rear. Place supports so Cross Braces have Flushed Sides facing inward. Mount with Factory Bolts from Bag Rack removal (Repeat on other support). 3 2:1 POSITION SEAT BASE Remove Rear Seat Base from box and place bottom side up for assembly. NOTE: Place Seat on Cardboard or Blanket to prevent from scratching. SECTION 2 BUMPER ANGLE INSTALLATION 2:2 Yamaha G22 INSTALL BUMPER ANGLE Yamaha Drive Align the Bumper Angle with the tabs facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat on other leg). Align the Bumper Angle with the tabs facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. 4 Club Car DS Align the Bumper Angle so that the side with four holes is facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat on other leg). Align the Bumper Angle so that the side with no holes is facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat on other leg). EZGO TXT / Star Car Align the Bumper Angle with the tabs facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat on other leg). EZGO RXV Align the Bumper Angle with the tabs facing the same direction as the tabs attached to the bottom of the seat base. 5 3:1 Yamaha G22 INSTALL REAR SEAT KIT BRACKETS Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the inner holes of the base tabs as SECTION 3 BRACKET INSTALLATION Yamaha Drive Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the inner holes of the base tabs as Club Car DS Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the inner holes of the base tabs as Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the outer holes of the base tabs as Patriot Seat - Section 1 / pg 5 Patriot Seat - Section 3 / pg 5

6 EZGO TXT / Star Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the inner holes of the base tabs as EZGO RXV Attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the outer holes of the base tabs as 4:1 ATTACH SEAT TO SEAT BACK SUPPORTS Place the Rear Seat Assembly on the back of car with Bumper Angle resting on Bumper in proper location. Loosely attach the Rear Seat Kit Brackets to the Seat Back Supports as shown below. NOTE: Do not fully tighten until Bumper Angle is attached in next step. SECTION 4 REAR SEAT MOUNTING & CUSHION INSTALLATION Mount to inside holes Club Car DS / Yamaha Drive & G22 / EZGO RXV Mount to inside holes EZGO TXT / Star Mount TXT to top holes Mount Star to bottom holes 4:2 MOUNTING BUMPER ANGLE TO CAR Make sure Bumper Angle is centered on Bumper. Pressed firmly against Car Bumper and drill holes thru the Car Bumper using the holes in Bumper Angle as a guide. Mount thru drilled holes using 1/4 x 2 1/2 HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer (2x) and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat for other hole). NOTE: Fully tighten Rear Seat Kit Brackets and Bumper Angle Hardware. 7 Yamaha Drive & G22 / EZGO TXT & RXV / Star NOTE: The image below is a Yamaha Drive Bumper Angle. While the tabs on the Drive, G22, TXT and RXV are all different, they all mount the same way. The mounting hardware provided is car model specific and is included in the Bumper Angle Hardware bag. Tabs should align with existing holes in Bagwell. Remove existing hardware if present. Mount through Tab Hole on Bumper Angle using M6-1 x 30 HEX Bolt and 1/4 Washer (2x) and 1/4 Nyloc Nut using (Repeat for other Tab). NOTE: Fully tighten Rear Seat Kit Brackets and Bumper Angle Hardware. Club Car DS Insert Bumper Angle Spacer between the Bumper Angle and Car aligning with the two Inner Holes. Mount to the Car using 1/4 x 2 1/2 HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer (2x) and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat for other Inner Hole). Insert 1/4 x 1 1/4 HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer (2x) and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat for other Outer Hole). NOTE: Fully tighten Rear Seat Kit Brackets and Bumper Angle Hardware. Shown on Drive Mount through Tab Holes INSTALL FOOTREST SUPPORT TUBE 4:3 4:4 Insert Footrest Support Tube into holes on Rear Seat Base. Mount Footrest Support Tube using 1/4 x 1 1/2" PAN Screw, 1/4 Lock Washer, and 1/4 Acorn Nut (Repeat for other side). NOTE: Fully tighten Hardware. INSTALL FOOTREST COVER Position Footrest Cover so side with 5 holes is on the Bumper Angle side and the side with 4 holes is on the Footrest Support Tube side. Attach the Footrest Cover to the Bumper Angle through the two Outer Holes using 1/4 x 2 3/4 HEX Bolt, 1/4 Washer, and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat for other hole). Mount to Footrest Support Tube through the two Inner Holes using 1/4 x 3 1/2 PHPS Screw, 1/4 Washer, and 1/4 Nyloc Nut (Repeat for other hole). Insert 5 Black Fasteners in remaining Open Holes. NOTE: Fully tighten Hardware. Mount to Rear Seat Base Footrest Support Tube Patriot Seat - Section 1 / pg 7 Patriot Seat - Section 4 / pg 7

8 4:5 SEAT BOTTOM CUSHION INSTALLATION Insert Temporary Stud into the Center Hole of the 2/1 Cushion. Place the 2/1 Strap over Temporary Stud as shown below. Insert the Temporary Stud thru the center hole on the Seat Bottom Plastic and the Flip Angle, making sure the Flip Angle is positioned correctly. Temporary Stud (Located in Cushion Box Hardware) Seat Bottom Plastic Temporary Stud Flip Angle 2/1 Cushion 2/1 Strap Insert into Cushion Flip Angle 2/1 Strap 2/1 Cushion Raise the Seat Cushion, Seat Bottom Plastic and Flip Angle to 90 to allow for easier Cushion alignment. Insert 1/4 x 1 TPH Screw in all four corner holes (Do not fully tighten) to loosely mount 2/1 Cushion to Seat Bottom Plastic. Install five 1/4 x 1 TPH Screws in remaining vacant holes. Remove Temporary Stud and save for Seat Back Cushion Installation. Replace with 1/4 x 1 TPH Screw. NOTE: Fully tighten Hardware. 4:6 SEAT BACK CUSHION INSTALLATION Installation instructions are provided in the Seat Plate Kit Hardware Box, located in the 2/1 Cushion Box.
