7 3.UNPACKING Remove packing materials and lift out the machine complete with baseboard.remove 4 securing bolts that securs machine to the baseboard. 4.INSTALLATION BULUPOL-4 grinder&polisher is shipped fully assembled and supplied with standart accessories.. 5.PLUMBING One end of 9 mm water hose is connected at rear of machine.insert other end of to water source. Drain connection:insert one end of 30,5 mm hose to washbowl located at left side of machine.and other end to drain. 6.ELECTRICAL The unit can be plugged into existing outlet to electrical source rated 220V, 50HZ.Earth connection also must be properly done. When plugged machine is ready to operate. 7.HOW TO START GRINDING & POLISHING BULUPOL-4 device, shipped with the water valve, 2 splash covers (8).mounted on machine body. Remove water splash covers (8), Locate emery paper or polishing cloth which is mounted on stainless steel discs (14), on the magnet of aluminum discs. Locate water splash covers (8) back into position HOW TO USE CONTROL PANEL In normal position,machine turns clockwise.when need to change turning position, push MODE / RESET button, Frd (clockwise) Rev (anti-clockwise) can be adjusted. The rotation speed of the device can be adjusted between rpm. RUN/ STOP button used for running & stopping the machine HOW TO USE AUTO HEAD On digital display (4), when RUN is pressed,equipment and auto head turns at the same time automatically.pressing ''STOP'' buttons stops the both devices. When required, auto head system can be started & stopped by on-off button (3) For the different height of specimens, the position of mounting table,can be adjusted by raising or decreasing positioning nut ( 13) The sample to be placed in the hole of mounting table (12).Pressure of the spring can be adjusted by pressure setting nut (11) When the pressure adjusting spring is in the free position, pressure is 25 grf. This pressure can be increased by pressure setting nut (11) up to 1 kgf. 7.3.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SMOOTH OPERATION -Use water splash rings during turning of the discs. -Make sure that discs surfaces are clean and free from any residue from previous operation. Adhesive residue may be removed with approved slovents. 7
