1 Model 11- General Specifications CORROSION RESISTANT TIGHT SHUT-OFF TYPE BUTTERFLY CONTROL VALVES Bulletin No. MCE-B 10J The Model 11- Butterfly Control Valve are developed as high performance butterfly control valves that are available for corrosive fluid services. The wetted parts of the valve are covered by PTFE and PFA that our plentiful experiences of molding technology have been used, and provide excellent corrosive resistance and heat resistance. Actuators for this model shall be single acting diaphragm actuator model 900 which is compactly designed for rotary valve, or cylinder type actuator model PM00 which has high thrust and torque. 1 Excellent Corrosive Resistance The wetted parts are lined by PTFE and PFA with thickness mm or over. PTFE LINED Superior Seat Tightness Permitted the tight shut-offansi/fci Class under the condition of maxi-mum pressure 0.7MPa7kgf/cm G with liquid and 0.MPa.kgf/cm Gwith gas. Superior Auti-Adhesion PTFE and PFA lining prevents the disc from adhesion with fluids passing through and pocket less construction provides non fluid stagnation.
