2 High-tech combination of pump technology and electronics technology The EH series is the latest diaphragm-type electromagnetic metering pump, combining the renowned Iwaki pump technology and electronics technology. A high stroke speed (Maximum 360spm), thought to be impossible with conventional electromagnetic metering pumps, has been achieved. In addition to the more compact size and light weight, high accuracy and high efficiency have been attained. In response to diversifying chemical injection needs, four types with different functions have been standardized. High accuracy The discharge rate accuracy is within ±%. The linearity is within ±3%. The pulse rate stability is kept within ±1%. From low pressure to high pressure, the EH series displays stable performance. The discharge rate is adjusted in two ways: stroke length and stroke rate. The effective adjusting range of the stroke length is 0-100%. The stroke rate can be set at 0-360spm, and can easily cover very minute flow rates. Note: The setting range of the stroke length depends on the model. All other wetted-parts consist of corrosionproof materials;,, fluoroelastomer, PTFE, etc. Wide variation In response to the diversifying chemical injection needs, four types with different performance and function have been standardized (The EH/R type as the basic model, the EH/Y type for industrial process control, the EH/W type for water treatment control and the EH/E type for high flow application). Air vent mechanism An air vent valve is provided on the small flow models (Up to a diaphragm size of B/C0). By turning the knob, the air within the pump chamber can be quickly discharged. Note: For 30, 35, 45, 55. Air vent valve is available as option. Easy maintenance The pump consists of only a few unitized components, so not only is operation simple but also periodical maintenance presents no problem.

4 Basic model EH/R type is the basic model of the EH series. It has the EXT function which synchronizes with external signals and the STOP function which stops the pump with external signals. Industrial process control such as proportional control, count control and dividing control can be carried out at the site.
