Tightening torque: 2 Nm Pull front section -3- of armrest -1- out of guide -2-. Push down cover -6- towards rear. Installing Assemble armrest in reverse order of removal.

Note Window regulator motor can be removed or installed with motor or side window in any position. Unplug connectors before removing motor. Unscrew Torx bolts -2--T30- and detach motor. Installing When installing, make sure threaded pins - arrows- are engaged in inner door panel. Fit window regulator motor -3- and secure with bolts -2-. Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm. Note After installing the electric motor and attached wiring, first turn the ignition on and then off again. Then raise door window as far as it will go and keep window regulator switch pulled for approx. 2 seconds. The window regulator is now in the basic setting and the opening/closing function is activated.

When installing, tighten Torx bolt -4- to 4 Nm. When installing, make sure window mounting -2- is resting on top edge of driver -3-. Connecting element pre-assembly operations If necessary, remove adhesive aluminium strips -2- over holes at mounting panel -1- (new component only). Insert connecting elements -3- in mounting panel -1- and tighten hexagon nuts -4- to 20 Nm.

When installing, observe tightening sequence for bolts. When installing, start by screwing in all bolts loosely. Height of window frame is already set by fitted flange bolts - 4- and -5-. Unclip seal at top from door and detach seal. Bonding surface must be free of dust and grease. Bond on seal in embossed area. Fix moulding in position at bottom and fully bond on seal in lower area. Detach rest of backing and bond on seal in upper area. Press seal firmly onto door. Screw on seal at bottom with bolt -3-.
